Today, I was able to do a film session on them. Let's check it out.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Dedrick Davis</strong></h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Davis is a guy that is a monster at the cornerback position. He is a guy that can also play safety. He does not mind coming up to make tackles. Davis does a great job of covering up guys on the edge. He also knows how to make things happen in zone coverage. He is only a sophomore. I think that he has a great chance of being a division one prospect.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Jamari Mealey</strong></h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Mealey is a guy that I was happy to check out. He is a defensive back that knows how to make things happen in the secondary. Mealey is known for picking off balls. When he is in zone coverage, he knows how to make things happen. He knows how to not get caught up in the backfield. There are a lot of plays where he is in the mix knocking down passes. Mealey is a kid that likes to rock and roll after he catches an interception.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Brayden Toney</strong></h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Toney is a guy that makes plays at receiver. He knows how to go out there and make big plays. Toney is going to have the option to play defensive back or wide receiver on the field. I think that he is a guy that has decent speed. He also has some nice hands. Toney is going to find a way to make things happen when he is out there on the field.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Bruin Gilfoil</strong></h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Gilfoil is a guy that plays the game with a lot of effort. He goes out there with a lot of aggression. Gilfoil is going to be a guy that has the opportunity to play a hybrid linebacker position on the next level. He does a great job of being a major force in their rush defense. I love the way he knows how to shed blocks and get to the running backs. Gilfoil is a guy that I will be keeping a close eye on this season. He is a dog.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='914105' first='Chris' last='Turner']</strong></h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Turner is a guy that does a great job in the trenches. I love the way that he is quick with his hands. You won't see him out there doing a lot of dancing around with offensive linemen. I love the way Turner knows how to get in the backfield and cause problems. He is a guy that is very good against the run. It just seems like he like he knows how to read keys.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph -->
