Which up and coming prospects earned an offer from the Georgia Southern Eagles this week?

Prep Redzone has the details...

Tre Glover - OL - Warner Robins

A massive left tackle at 6-foot-4 295-pounds who is quickly becoming one of the best 2026 linemen in Middle Georgia, Glover has a great frame already with natural power and a high ceiling. He's a promising pass protector and showed he's capable of being dominant in the run game. When he's pulling, he becomes a freight train who will bulldoze anyone in his way. He's a big-time prospect on the rise and earned a new offer this week from Georgia Southern. He's coming off a terrific sophomore season and will only get better over the next two years. Look for him to rise in the 2026 Prep Redzone rankings in the next update, and don't be surprised if the promising linemen reels in new offers soon.

[player_tooltip player_id='1312180' first='Fenix' last='Felton'] - ATH - ELCA

A true playmaker in all three phases of the game, Felton is a dynamic athlete who did a little bit of everything for his Eagles LAnding Christian team last fall. Offensively, the 6-foot-2 185-pounder rushed for almost 250 yards and had just under 500 yards receiving with 8 touchdowns. As good as he was on offense, he was even better on defense. In the secondary, Felton made 90 tackles and an eye-opening 5 INTs. He's a ball-hawks with outstanding ball skills, and it's led to a new offer from Georgia Southern. He's one of the top 2025 two-way players south of Atlanta and should see more offers come his way sooner than later. Look for him to have massive senior season last fall.

[player_tooltip player_id='1201831' first='Xavier' last='Rucker'] - Allatoona

An outstanding young sophomore on the rise, Rucker is an explosive overall athlete who was consistently one of the best players on the field last year. Just a sophomore last fall, Rucker showed big-play ability and was tough to slow down any time he had the ball in his hands. He showed great vision and burst at running back with dependable hands out of the backfield. He played like a seasoned veteran with good instincts and a natural feel for the game. He's versatile, shifty, and a natural playmaker. He flashed D1-caliber talent on a consistent basis and reeled in a new offer from Georgia Southern. He's still flying under the radar, but his natural talent, speed, and versatility should lead to more offers very soon. He's a 2026 prospect on the rise who will likely have a giant junior season in 2024.

Ethan Gurela - TE - Roswell

A new tight end to know in Fulton County, Gurela is a promising pass-catcher with good size at 6-foot-3 210-pounds who could see his recruitment pick up very soon. The Roswell Hornet tight end earned a new offer from Georgia Southern recently and more are likely on the way. He's coming off a big junior season last year where he caught 17 passes for 343 yards and 8 touchdowns. He works the middle of the field and can be a mismatch against smaller defenders. He's great after the catch and runs well for someone his way. The potential is easy to see, and there's a chance he could really open some eyes this off-season. He's a tight end on the rise and will likely earn a new ranking in the next 2025 update. Look for this Roswell standout to have a giant senior season next fall.
