ORLANDO – Team Ice took quick control of the 16th annual Under Armour Next All-America Game, scoring less than three minutes into the contest and never looked back in what turned out to be a decisive 39-9 victory over Team Fire on Wednesday night at Camping World Stadium in Orlando.

Team Ice put up 24 points in the first quarter, thanks to big plays both offensively and defensively. Alabama pledge Ryan Williams opened the scoring off a 16-yard touchdown strike from Mississippi State signee Michael Van Buren, putting Team Ice up 8-0 after completing the two-point conversion.

A 46-yard field goal from South Carolina commit Mason Love made the score 8-3 before Team Ice scored twice in less than a minute to take control of the contest. First, NC State commit and Hollywood Chaminade-Madonna prospect CJ Bailey found Mississippi State signee Mario Craver for a 51-yard touchdown to push the lead to 16-3, then Alabama pledge Cayden Jones intercepted South Carolina signee Dante Reno and returned it 42 yards to extend the Team Ice lead to 24-3.

The score remained that way into the second quarter when Oregon commit Ify Obidegwu intercepted Penn State pledge Ethan Grunkemeyer and took it 73 yards for a touchdown, bringing the Team Ice lead to 30-3. Harvard signee Kieran Corr converted a 37-yard field goal to make the score 33-3 at the half. The teams traded touchdowns in the second half, with North Carolina commit and Chaminade-Madonna product Davion Gause Davion Gause 5'11" | 215 lbs | RB Hollywood Chaminade-Madonna | 2024 State FL scoring on an eight-yard touchdown run for Team Ice and Florida signee Aaron Chiles Jr. returned a Team Ice fumble 34 yards to make the final score 39-9.

Van Buren was named the game’s MVP, converting 10-of-15 passes for 136 yards and a touchdown. His 10 completions are tied for seventh-most in the game’s history, while his 136 passing yards stand alone as the seventh-most all-time.

Also during the game, a pair of Under Armour All-Americans made their college intentions public for the first time. Starkville, Miss., native Braylon Burnside committed to the hometown Mississippi State Bulldogs, while 2025 All-American Harlem Berry committed to LSU.
