Pensacola Catholic Attracts Attention

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>When Pensacola Catholic held nearly a two-touchdown lead in the State 2S Semifinals at Bradford County, football fans across the state started to believe that this program was for real.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>In the 11-3 season, setbacks came to impressive programs, so many had an idea that when the playoffs began, head coach <strong>Matt Adams</strong> and his Crusaders could be a major obstacle. They were not wrong.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>After losing to 11-1 Walton by two points on the road in October, this team went on a six-game winning streak, including victories against Tallahassee Florida High, Live Oak Suwannee and the same Walton team that had beaten them earlier.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Even though they would lose in overtime (22-21) on the road in Starke, this program left 2023 with a great feeling and plenty of respect from programs in its classification.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Despite losing some seniors, they knew that the junior class was indeed loaded and one of the strongest in the classification.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>That 2025 rising senior group starts this off-season with plenty of optimism.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Among that group includes <strong>Tucker Adams</strong> (QB, 5-11, 170), <strong>Bailey Brazell</strong> (OL, 6-4, 250), <strong>Lukas Brown</strong> (OL, 6-4, 285, 3.4 GPA), <strong>Kameron Dimmer</strong> (S, 5-10, 160, 3.3 GPA), <strong>Derion Gould</strong> (DL, 6-4, 250), <strong>Ramon Hearn</strong> (OL, 6-4, 313, 3.6 GPA), <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1317535' first='Ryan' last='Huff']</strong> (QB, 6-4, 208), <strong>Chrissean Jones</strong> (CB, 5-11, 180) and gifted defensive lineman <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1132465' first='Terius' last='Mason']</strong> (6-3, 275, 3.5 GPA).</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>The class also boasts <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='836526' first='Nigel' last='Nelson']</strong> (LB, 6-0, 210), <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1002848' first='C.J.' last='Nettles']</strong> (RB, 5-9, 170), <strong>Jacob Radominski</strong> (OLB/RB, 5-7, 185, 3.7 GPA), <strong>Judas Salazar</strong> (OL, 6-2, 285, 3.4 GPA), <strong>Chad Schuka</strong> (CB, 5-7, 145.
