He hits the hole strong and bounces it outside when necessary. He has the speed to take it the distance. Harris is starting get some D1 interest.
DL Zyon Newson Zyon Newson 6'4" | 280 lbs | DL Elyria | 2025 State OH (Elyria) 6’4 280-Newson possesses a great frame for a high school defensive tackle, he shows a good burst off the snap, and ability shoot the gap. He shows special movement skills and lateral quickness. He has the speed to pursue and run downplays from the backside. I believe Zyon is definitely a Division 1 FBS player who could attract P5 attention.
QB Kylan Steuball Kylan Steuball 6'4" | 230 lbs | QB Villa Angela Saint Joseph | 2025 State OH (Villa Angela Saint Joseph) 6’3 200-Kylan definitely has the prototypical size you look for in a college Quarter Back. He can hurt you as a Passer or a Runner. As a thrower, Steuball shows the ability to make the tough throw and drive the ball into a window. He shows the ability to maneuver the pocket and has the speed and athleticism to get yards on the ground. I like Steuball as a D2 Quarter Back with D1 upside.
QB Frankie Trinetti Frankie Trinetti 6'3" | 190 lbs | QB Mentor Lake Catholic | 2025 State OH (Mentor Lake Catholic) 6’3 185-Frankie was a standout Quarter Back for the Lake Catholic Cougars. He had a big junior season throwing for almost 3300 yards and 38 touch downs. He does a great job of reading the defense and getting threw his progressions. Trinetti has a high comfort level in the pocket and the ability to make throws in the face of a rush. He does a great job of selling his fakes on the play action pass. Trinetti is a Quarter Back who I expect to start getting a good deal of college attention starting this off season. I like his fit at the D2 level.
OL Baylor Wilkin Baylor Wilkin 6'4" | 270 lbs | OL Findlay | 2025 State OH (Findlay) 6’5 245-Wilkin is a good-looking Offensive Tackle with good length. In Pass Pro he has a smooth kick step and mirrors past rushers well. He has the upper body strength to finish pass rushers to the ground. He is patient and does a good job of not oversetting. In the run game he is quick and athletic in space. He is a player who always plays to the whistle. I project Wilkin to the D1 FCS to D1 G5 levels.
ATH Julius Spradlin Julius Spradlin 5'9" | 150 lbs | ATH Sidney | 2025 State OH (Sidney) 5’9 150-While Julius might be smaller in size, he is a dynamic player who’s impact on the field is large. Spradlin has shown he can impact a game in many different ways. On offense he lines up in a variety of positions including Running Back, Wide Receiver, and Quarter Back. He has scored touchdowns rushing, receiving, punt return, and kick return. He has great short space quickness and explosiveness. On defense Julius lines up at the safety position. He’s instinctive, takes good angles, and plays downhill. He does a great job of playing the ball in the air and isn’t afraid to lay the big hit. Unfortunately, Julius missed the second half of his season due to an injury but is now fully recovered. Spradlin has gotten some D1 G5 attention and with a strong camp season I could see the interest pick up.
WR Nate Lyman Nate Lyman 6'2" | 185 lbs | WR Kings | 2025 State OH (Kings) 6’2 185-Lyman was the leading Receiver in the strong passing attack of the Kings Knights. He uses great footwork to get himself free releases off the line of scrimmage. He is explosive when breaking off his routes. While Nate is a excellent ad detailed route runner, he also has the athleticism and speed to turn a short throw and catch into a big play. He also tracks the ball well and shows soft hands in his ability to make catches on vertical routes. Lyman is currently getting Division 1 interest.
DL Thomas Gerke (Archbishop Moeller) 6’2 270-I had the opportunity to see Gerke at a showcase in the spring of his sophomore year. I loved what I saw from him that day but was disappointed to find out he attended high school in Kentucky. Fastforward to Gerke junior year he made the trip across the Ohio river to enroll at Archbishop Moeller high school. Gerke had a large impact Crusaders defense tallying 3.5 sacks and 12 TFL’s. Thomas has a good burst off the snap and has a strong punch that sends lineman backwards. He has strong hands that he uses to grab and shed blockers before pursuing the ball. While some of his best traits are his strength and physicality, he has the quickness to shoot gaps and be disruptive through penetration. I definitely think Gerke has the potential to play D1 football at the college level..
