When the Florida Prep Redzone Stock Up Showcase ended last Sunday and the MVP awards were announced, several amazing prospects were recognized.

Quarterbacks, receivers, running backs, offensive linemen and defensive backs that were recognized more than stepped up their game for the three hours.

When Homestead defensive end [player_tooltip player_id='1158084' first='Johannes' last='Mager'] (6-4, 220) and Boca Raton St. Andrew's Academy linebacker [player_tooltip player_id='1075362' first='Oliver' last='Vickers-Murphy'] (6-0, 205) were recognized, it shined a spotlight on the new generation of high school football player.

As many prospects have attended events and played this game for years here in this country, Mager, who grew up in Germany, and Vickers-Murphy, who came to the United States from Australia, made the most of this showcase and came out on top of some truly impressive football talent.

In addition to Mager, the 2025 defensive line also had some standouts – such as [player_tooltip player_id='1158079' first='Jahmar' last='Midi'] (6-1, 235, Sunrise Piper), Luke O'Brien (6-2, 220, Bradenton Lakewood Ranch), and versatile [player_tooltip player_id='1138888' first='Aidan' last='Sutherland'] (6-3, 220, Wesley Chapel Cypress Creek) and [player_tooltip player_id='606167' first='Travis' last='Zimmerle-Vigil'] (OLB, 6-2, 205, Ocala Trinity Catholic) who both play tight end on offense.

The rising junior class (2026) also attracted talent like [player_tooltip player_id='773171' first='Blaze' last='Jones'] (6-2, 220, Orlando The First Academy) and [player_tooltip player_id='1158163' first='Tyler' last='Lind'] (6-5, 205, Hollywood Avant Garde).

LINEBACKERS PERFORMED EXTREMELY WELL

In addition to Vickers-Murphy, the linebackers were also impressive and made it tough on the event coaches when choosing the MVP.

Among those who came out included 2026 prospects [player_tooltip player_id='1158093' first='Matthew' last='Coleman'] (5-7, 170, Sunrise Piper) and [player_tooltip player_id='1158087' first='Lagarious' last='Tyler'] (5-8, 167) from Fort Lauderdale.

Even versatile and athletic Class of 2027 players [player_tooltip player_id='1158096' first='Orion' last='Sillito'] (5-11, 210, St. Petersburg Northside Christian) and [player_tooltip player_id='1158089' first='Liam' last='Vazquez'] (Miami Gardens Monsignor Edward Pace) also turned heads.
