This week, Prep Redzone Scout Drew Johnson will highlight instrumental recruits who have consistently produced this season. As noted frequently, Prep Redzone Florida aims to provide adequate coverage of all athletes for college coaches At All Levels and readers to evaluate. Let’s get into some of the stats, Hudl films, and recent offers from some of the rising recruits in the state of Florida.
Jordan Durham | QB | 2025 | ZA | @JordanMDurham01
2023 stats: 89/117 – 2104 yards – 16-4 TD/INT
This kid is a machine and dedicated to his workouts as he’s seen a significant pump to his overall frame. A stout QB prospect at 6-2, 220-pounds who moves fluidly in the pocket and has the athleticism to create when things break down. The North Florida Zarephath left-handed QB product has another year to work on his mechanics, arm strength, and timing to impress college coaches.
Niko Boyce | QB | Class of 2025 | Barron Collier | @NikoBoyce
2023 stats: 2537 yards – 31 TD
I’ve been impressed with Boyce’s development since seeing him dominate a year ago at our PRZ event. He’s since improved in the off-season where I saw him perform at a couple of P5 camps and he only brought that momentum into the season with 31 total TDs in year three. A bright future ahead for this kid as he’s determined to progress at the position.
Ethan Crossan | QB | 2025 | FBA | @ethan_crossan
2023 stats: 197/310 – 2909 yards – 36-5 TD/INT
Crossan nearly led the state in Class 1S for passing yards for juniors in the state. The 6-0, 190-pound sophomore has a decent frame and QB mechanics that he uses to make things happen and extend plays when needed. Don’t sleep on the moves in the open field as Crossan has flashed the ability to be a scramble threat at the next level. Intelligent and talented QB that we will have eyes on moving into the off-season.
Salomon Georges Jr | QB | Class of 2025 | Leesburg | @SalomonJR17
2023 stats: 2209 yards – 29 TD – 4 rushing TD
Georges was a part of the Leesburg offensive engine that rolled over opposing defenses this season. Have to get my eyes on Georges whenever the opportunity presents itself this off-season during 7v7 or college camps. He can move an offense down the field with his deadly scrambling ability or accurate deep ball shots.
Caden Mitchell Caden Mitchell 6'0" | 180 lbs | QB Hagerty | 2025 FL | QB | 2025 | Hagerty | @cadenmitchellQB
2023 stats: 122-212 – 2001 yards – 17-10 TD/INT
What a year for Mitchell as he finished with record-breaking numbers in season three. Mitchell now has the single-season passing yard record at Hagerty (2001 yards) while showing off his ability to lead an offense at the next level. Important off-season for Mitchell to work on his body frame, and QB mechanics to generate some interest around his recruitment.
