We start our study of the class of 2025, highlighting the cornerback and safety positions. Here are the players in the secondary to watch out for next season.

Bo Mosley Bo Mosley 6'2" | 175 lbs | ATH Russellville | 2025 State AR has impressive versatility for the Cyclones. He has good range in the secondary and seems to have no problem finding the football. Mosley is a defensive back that does a great job of playing the ball while it is in the air. From a tackling standpoint, Mosley does not mind delivering a hit to separate the ball from the ball carrier. He can shift from the cornerback spot to the safety position with little difficulty. Mosley is a player to watch in the secondary next season.

DJ Franklin DJ Franklin 6'3" | 180 lbs | DB Little Rock Southwest | 2025 State AR is a versatile prospect with the talent to play all over the defensive secondary for Little Rock Southwest. Franklin has the athletic ability to cause plenty of problems for opposing wide receivers. He is quick enough to stay with wide receivers and is physical enough to battle them for the football. Franklin has a nose for the football and can take an errant pass back the other direction. He is a defensive back with the potential to play on Saturdays in the future.

The Prescott defensive back can line up all over the field on the defensive side of the ball. He is a physical cornerback that can take away one side of the field in the passing game. Prater does a great job of making plays on the ball. He has no trouble separating the ball from the ball carrier. Prater can move up and help contain the opposing offenses’ rushing attack. Prater is a prospect that has the potential to have a big season in 2024.
Davian Hall-Safety-Elkins-5’11” 165-Pounds
Davian Hall is a prospect that sees playing time on both sides of the ball for the Elks. Hall does an excellent job of playing the ball while it is in the air. He will battle opposing wide receivers for the football. Hall does an impressive job of separating the ball from the ball carrier. He does a good job of helping to slow down the opposing offensive rushing attack. Meanwhile, he is versatile enough to line up and be used effectively at the wide receiver position. Hall is a prospect to watch out for next season.
Cash Farris Cash Farris 6'0" | 185 lbs | DB Alma | 2025 State AR -Safety-Alma-6’0” 180-Pounds
The Alma safety is a prospect that will hit opposing ball carriers and cause incompletions or in some cases fumbles. Farris does an impressive job of playing the ball while it is in the air. He is a physical defensive back that does not have any problem hitting the opposing wide receiver. Farris does a good job in moving into position to help contain the run game. He is another defensive back that has no problem picking off errant passes and creating a big play on the return. Farris is a prospect to watch in 2024.
