Allard has been a two-way force for Mitty for the past couple of seasons, and one of the top players across the vaunted WCAL. He is a no brainer to enter into our tight end rankings, and is a next level kid at the D2+ level. He shows tracking abilities downfield, strong hands when making contested catches and hits a true third level gear in space to create seperation. Hall also displays he is a natural athlete that can line up in the backfield, in the slot or on the outside, and is a mismatch nightmare for linebackers and safeties in the slot or backfield. Very strong with the ball in his hands and a physical player, he is a next level kid at multiple positions and remains one of Norcal's top uncommitted prospects after the first signing day.
