Each player comes to the Select 50 Showcase with the goal of raising their profile on the recruiting trail. Numerous Select 50 Showcase All-Americans in the past have gone on to play at the next level, which includes, Bijan Robinson and Raymond Cottrell to name a few. We will spotlight the offensive All-American Team from the Select 50 Showcase camps in 2023.
1ST TEAM ALL-AMERICANS

Kitna has great pocket presence, he has the arm talent to spray the route tree with pinpoint accuracy, he throws the deep ball with excellent touch in rhythm and his ability to make plays outside the pocket are traits in his game that enable him to be a threat when he has the football in his hands. He has the athleticism to make throws on the move to his targets and hit them in stride, Kitna has excellent field vision, keeping his eyes down filed when under pressure and he navigates the pocket with quiet feet. His performance at the Select 50 Showcase displayed that he possesses all the traits that are needed to be an elite talent at the quarterback position and the University of Houston commit had a phenomenal junior season that lead to his selection on the Select 50 Showcase All American Team.

Get the ball in Blocker’s hands and it will pay dividends!! He has a powerful, stout build, he runs with power between the tackles with great balance, he is shifty in the open field and he has the homerun speed to make a house call. Blocker has been a three-year starter at Tompkins, racking up over 3,700 yards of total offense in his career. He will be a steal for a college program, Central Missouri, Sul Ross, Southern Virginia and Lamar have all seen his potential and have offered Blocker. Blocker had an MVP performance at the Select 50 Showcase, showing off his versatile, well rounded game, by winning consistently in 1v1 drills whether he was blocking, showing his reliable hands in the passing game or displaying his elite quickness to breakdown defenders, Blocker left no doubt that he is a next level talent.

Major is a great description of McBride’s game. He runs the football with purpose, he has great forward lean, he keeps his shoulders square with great balance in the hole and he has superb vision setting up his blocks like a veteran. McBride has the speed to make a house call and flashed his wheels this past offseason blazing a 4.5 40 yard time at a Texas Tech camp. Whether he is returning kicks on special teams, running through defenses at running back or being a playmaker on defense, there is no doubt that when he is between the white lines, he will make an impact. Offers from Angelo State, Central Oklahoma and Texas A&M Commerce indicate that college programs have seen his potential at the next level. Major is a football player who has value wherever he lines up and he left no doubt this season rushing for over 2,800 yards, which lead to him being selected to the Select 50 All-American team.

Goodacre is physical at the point of attack, he gets his violent, strong hands on defenders early to get control and he is one the best finishers of blocks in his class. He has nimble, clean footwork, he plays with excellent leverage, he has a stiff powerful punch and he plays with a mean streak. A three-year starter at Guyer, Willie was a consistent force for the Wildcats who made the playoffs three years straight with him at left tackle. He has the skill set to compete for early playing time when he gets on campus at Syracuse.

Love has the skill set to play on the interior line and be a bully at the point of attack. He has a stiff punch at impact, he has a powerful leg drive that allows him to lock on his opponents early and his ability to finish defenders is what makes his game stick out. At the Select 50 Showcase Love won consistently in 1v1 drills, showing off the skill set to be dominant in the trenches combined with great lateral movement and clean footwork. He committed to San Diego State early in his recruiting process but recently opened it back up by decommitting. The Select 50 All-American will have plenty of suitors for his skill set.
OC Ryland Bragg | Pensacola Catholic High School | Class of 2024 | University of West Florida
Bragg is a mauler, he loves to get control at impact, he has violent hands with the ability to move his opponent off of their axis in a hurry and his nasty nature in the trenches makes him stand out. Bragg plays with great leverage, his ability to lock in and control defenders allows him to punish his opponents. Ryland recently committed to Division II power West Florida and you can expect him to challenge for playing time early when he arrives on campus.

Huneycutt is one of the most technically sound players at his position in the state of Texas. Preston has great footwork, he understands how to gain leverage early at engagement and his hand placement enables him to gain control of his opponent. Huneycutt has a lean, long frame, he has extended arm length and he has nimble feet that he uses to make blocks at the second level. Preston showed off his range and versatility at the Select 50 Showcase, by lining up at all five offensive line positions and being a dominant force. His recruiting profile has picked up steam since Hutto lost to Duncanville in the playoffs, as he picked an offer from Texas Rio Grande Valley recently.
OT Aidan Lynch | Mt. Olive High School | Class of 2024 | Virginia Tech Commit
Lynch passes the eye test at 6’7, he has a lean frame with the capability to add healthy bulk at the next level. Aidan has extended arm length that allows him to deliver a stiff punch stunning defenders while keeping them under control, he has good hip bend and his ability to get leverage and gain control of his opponents is what makes him a Select 50 All American. Lynch had two dominant performances at the showcase that stated his case to be on the All American team. The Virginia Tech commit has the skill set that will enable him to develop into a stand out performer at the next level.

Robinson is a big body target with ability to control his body to make the contested catches in heavy traffic. Karsten put on a show at two of the Select 50 Showcases, taking home a Wide Receiver MVP award to stamp his status as an All American.

Martin is one of the most fluid athletes regardless of position in his class, his ability to win repeatedly no matter what coverage is being played, enables him to be open consistently and he is one of the best closers you will see at wide receiver. He is phonebooth quick, Martin is a hand full at the line of a scrimmage no matter where he lines up and he has elite body control that allows him to be in position to make plays in close coverage. Martin has some the best hands in the state of Texas, he attacks the football with a purpose and when the ball is in his zone, he has the tenacity to make sure he wins by making the grab. Martin was a double digit offer guy on the recruiting trail and recently settled on the University of California as his home at the next level.

Flynt has a large, lean frame, with the skill set to line up inline at tight end, he can split out as a wide out and be an offensive threat. Ian is factor in the running game, he blocks like an interior linemen, he plays with a high motor and takes pride in making big blocks. Where Flynt excels is his ability to work the middle of the field, he understands how to find holes in the defense, he uses his big body to wall off defenders in tight coverage and he has the strength to win no matter the coverage. Ian has the speed to beat one on one coverage in space and he has reliable hands that make him a threat in any offense. Flynt was a stand out performer at the Select 50 Showcase and the Nebraska commit was an MVP performer leading to his All American selection.
