The New England Preparatory School Athletic Council is an organization that serves as the governing body for sports in preparatory schools and leagues in New England. NESPAC released a 2023 Fall Season All NEPSAC player award chosen amongst the league coaches. The prospects listed below all received All NEPSAC recognition for their season play. These same prospects are projected to initiate the attention of college football programs or spark additional interest after a great junior season of play.
2026 Sam Kelley Sam Kelley 6’1″ | 220 lbs | LB Buckingham Browne & Nichols | 2026 State New E attends Buckingham Browne Nichols School in Massachusetts. He announced an offer from University of Massachusetts in December 2022 after a solid freshman season. He was selected as a All New England Pre-season linebacker for class of 2026 before the fall 2o23 season.
This 2023 fall season, he surely lived up to expectations and had an impressive season that led him to earning All ISL honors and All NEPSAC Conference honors.
He was ranked as our # 2 linebacker in the class of 2025 within New England before the fall 2023 season. His physical measurables align with Div-1 FBS college linebackers. He is a prospect projected to increase college football interest after his great junior season of play.

2025 Sampson Onuoha Sampson Onuoha 6’4″ | 240 lbs | DL Belmont Hill | 2025 State New E attends Belmont Hill School in Massachusetts. The 6’4, 220-pound EDGE rusher out of Belmont Hill School, Sampson Onuoha Sampson Onuoha 6’4″ | 240 lbs | DL Belmont Hill | 2025 State New E , was offerless at the end of his 2022 season. He attended several Div-1 FBS college camps during summer camp season and surely impressed many programs that wanted to see his production during the 2023 season.
Its a fact to know, that he performed so well this 2023 fall season, that led him to earning All ISL honors and All NEPSAC Conference honors. He has been very busy with the recruiting process as well. Since September 2023, he has earned offers from University of Pittsburgh, Wake Forest University, Harvard University, Yale University, and Dartmouth College. A very impressive rise in the recruiting world all within one year.
He was ranked as our #30 defensive linemen in the class of 2025 within New England before the fall 2023 season. A ranking position, that will surely be boosted from the result of the new offers he received from his season performances. His physical measurables align with Div-1 FBS/High D-1 FCS/High D-2 college linebackers. He is a prospect projected to increase college football interest after his great junior season of play.
Dawson Dubose attends Governor’s Academy in Massachusetts. He is known for his downhill running attack with his compact frame and high desire to finish runs. Saw him in live game setting this season and walked away more impressed.
This season he rushed 89 times for a total of 1050 yards. He also had 10 TDS, no fumbles, and 8 receptions for 72 yards. His performance this season he earned All-ISL Honors and All NEPSAC Honorable Mention honors.
He was ranked as our #12 running back in the class of 2025 within New England before the fall 2023 season. His physical measurables align with Div-1 Low FCS/High D-2 /High NAIA college running backs. He is a prospect projected to increase college football interest after his great junior season of play.

Thomas Richardson Thomas Richardson 6’2″ | 280 lbs | OL Governor’s Academy | 2025 State New E also attends Governor’s Academy in Massachusetts. A OL prospect known for his wide frame with solid run blocking ability that consistently uses good leverage to move 1st level defenders. He is also known for a very high off-season work ethic and weight room dedication.
His efforts during the 2023 season earned him solid recognition from area coaches as a All Independent School League selection and All NEPSAC Honorable Mention as a rising junior.
He was ranked as our #24 offensive lineman in the class of 2025 within New England before the fall 2023 season. His physical measurables align with Div-1 Low FCS/High D-2 /High NAIA college offensive lineman. He is a prospect projected to increase college football interest after his great junior season of play.
