2025 Linebacker Check In

Some of these guys are flying under the radar. Now schools are reaching out left and right. He noticed his stock rise on a lot of different platforms. Lockhart is a basketball player that knows how to handle himself on the football field. A lot of his great attributes from the court help him in basketball. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='379881' first='Bryson' last='Walters']</strong></h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Walters is a linebacker that is always making plays on the field. This kid is a baller. All he does is make stops on defense. I truly think he is a division one linebacker. Somebody needs to give this kid a shot. He knows how to line up and make plays.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Skylar Lashley </strong></h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Lashley is a linebacker from Columbus that I like a lot. He is a run stuffer that is an aggressive player on the football field. I think that Lashley has a chance to get some division one attention. He just needs to keep his head down and continue to make plays. Next year is going to be a critical time for him. This needs to be a hard working offseason for him. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='920482' first='Quincy' last='Butts'] </strong></h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Butts is a guy that looks like a machine. When you see him in pads, you can tell that he is a hard worker. You can see that he loves to be in the weightroom. Be sure to watch Butts on film. Notice how he gets up in running backs face. He loves to lead with his shoulders. This guy is a playmaker.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Jacari Owens</strong></h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Owens is a linebacker that loves to get aggressive on defense. He is a guy that is always making tackles on the field for Louisville. College coaches are watching his size. They want to see if he is going to get taller. Owens makes those big hits that you want to see. He also knows how to make plays in coverage.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph -->
