He knows how to perform outside of the pocket, and is able to find guys downfield even when the play breaks down. On shorter throws, Cooper sometimes rifles the ball in with great throw power and accuracy.rnrnCoopers needs to work on reading a defense, being calm in the pocket, and getting the ball off quicker.
