Wright is a playmaker on both sides of the ball at the Lynden Christian lining up at DE, QB, and TE. At 6’6” 220 lbs. he’s got a strong frame with great length and growth potential to add weight as he develops. With his size and plus athleticism he projects as a DE at the college level. He shows good natural movement skills and body control to redirect and pursue the ball. He flashes good initial quickness in his first step with the bend to come off the edge and rush the passer. Can beat blockers with both his strength at the POA or his quickness. His speed, effort, and lateral agility give him great range to make backside or down field tackles. Holds an offer from Linfield but has the ability to add more given his versatile skillset and potential.

Shows good eye discipline to read run/pass and locate the ball. Like his speed, change of direction, and short area acceleration to close space and chase the ball carrier sideline to sideline. Against the run he’s quick to fill and does a good job taking on and defeating blockers at the POA. He’s violent at the contact point and is a strong tackler both in the box and in space. Showed great athleticism and positional flexibility also playing QB during his senior season. Picked up a PWO spot at Idaho in September which he recently committed to in late November.
Brown is a shutdown corner for the strong Eastlake defense at 6’1” 170 lbs. Has the length colleges look for in a CB prospect with a 76 inch wingspan and the speed to run with receivers at all three levels. He’s a competitor that showed he can matchup one on one and lockdown opposing teams top receiver. He’s got great range and short area acceleration to recover and quickly close space with the ball in the air. He’s smooth in the hips and plays with good pad level allowing him to quickly change directions and match WR movement. Flashes plus ball skills and leaping ability to attack the ball at the high point. Shows he can anticipate and time out his jump to play through the hands without drawing a flag. Recruiting stock is on the rise with his first D1 offer coming in from Valparaiso to add to his D2 offer from Colorado School of Mines.
