MY PREDICTIONS (from beginning: https://prepredzone.com/2023/11/wa-state-predictions-4a-class/ )

(2) Lake Stevens over (11) Emerald Ridge

OUTLOOK:

Graham-Kapowsin is just stacked all the way around. Everywhere you look when going over their roster, you see talent. [player_tooltip player_id='158402' first='Daveon' last='Superales'] has been locked in all season, putting up big numbers and playing like one of the top quarterback in the entire state. He has SO MANY targets to find when throwing the ball, I'm not sure opposing teams will be able to keep up with all of them. Gonzaga Prep gave them a run for their money during the last round and Eastlake won't be any easier.

Eastlake has a stellar defense, being able to matchup with everyone they have played very nicely. They lost to Lake Stevens by a score of 27-35 but could've won the game. They've played in a lot of close, big games which helps them late in this playoff run. [player_tooltip player_id='348144' first='Landon' last='Renfroe'] has done an awesome job leading the offense and being a steady quarterback for the team. I think they will give Graham-Kapowsin a run for their money.

Lake Stevens is a fantastic team. Their offense has been locked in this postseason, scoring over 40 points both games. Their one loss was against a VERY good West Linn squad, who is a top team in Oregon. They have an extremely high powered offense thanks to [player_tooltip player_id='348171' first='Kolton' last='Matson'], who has been playing like one of the top quarterbacks in the state this season. Their defense is tough as well, rarely giving up points and creating a ton of havoc for opposing teams.

Kamiakin is a team who I thought would get upset by Emerald Ridge early in the postseason but have put together some great games. They beat Emerald Ridge by 1 point, then defeated a TOUGH Mount Si team by 2 points, 8-6. Their dog-fight win last week will only help them going into this big game against a talented Lake Stevens team. They will be able to slow down Lake Stevens a bit, but to me the key will be if Kamiakin will be able to score some point in key sitiuations.
