WA State Playoffs Update: 2A Class

Highline gave them a run for their money during their second round game. Enumclaw id very dominate and has played very well throughout the whole season. Anacortes will be their toughest game yet, with their ability to win the time of possession and stopping the Beaner brothers being the keys to the game.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Tumwater is a great team with key players on their team ([player_tooltip player_id='1108541' first='Ethan' last='Kastner'], Peyton LaGurre, Tyler Criss, David Malroy, etc) have stepped up all season long. They are a very disciplined football team who does all the little things to a very high level. The T-Birds defense has been amazing throughout the whole entire season. This matchup with North Kitsap will be a tough one.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>North Kitsap came up big last week against 2A powerhouse, Lynden. The Vikings have had trouble with the Lions in the postseason, being eliminated by them 3 years in a row. After scoring a late touchdown but missing the extra point, North Kitsap was up 34-28. Alex Hatchings came up HUGE, snagging a game winning interception in the end zone to win the game for the Vikings. Now, they get the top ranked team in the state.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Anacortes has dominated all year behind [player_tooltip player_id='205682' first='Brock' last='Beaner'] and [player_tooltip player_id='693730' first='Brady' last='Beaner']. Their offense has been very solid with [player_tooltip player_id='643392' first='Rex' last='Larson'] being a steady quarterback all season. The most impressive part of the Seahawks' season is their amazing defense. No one has been able to get through them, we will see if Enumclaw will be the first.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph -->
