Some of the best teams remaining have excelled in the pass game and got to where they are today due to it. On the receiving end to some of the best passers in the state are receivers ready to shine in the semifinals.
An absolute stud for Westwood, Joe Klein Joe Klein 6’2″ | 180 lbs | WR Westwood | 2024 NJ has been help leading the charge in a dominant aerial assault. Catching 7 touchdowns so far and 663 yards to go with it, Joe has been Robbie’s main target throughout the season. A jump ball specialist, Robbie has been able to throw the ball up with confidence knowing Joe has the ability to be competitive and come down with it. A burner as well, countless times this season Joe found himself wide open as he darted past the defender.
Playing for arguably the most talented 3 loss team in the state, Nayad Walker Nayad Walker 5’9″ | 165 lbs | ATH Shabazz | 2024 NJ has been one of the main threats to worry about for Shabazz this season. Having a big touchdown last weekend vs Butler, Nayad has continuously helped propel his team to the next level. With 568 receiving yard and 8 touchdowns this year, Shabazz will look to extend their win streak to 6 this weekend.
One of the most impressive statistical seasons on both sides of the ball, Zach has put up one of the best seasons in New Jersey his senior year. As a receiver for Ramapo, Zach has dominated every player he has lined up against. Few receivers go over 1000 yards on the year, but here Zach is with 1234 yard and an astonishing 18 touchdowns through the air. Just as impressive, on the defensive side of the ball Zach has been forcing turnovers left and right. Bringing in 5 interceptions (returning one for a touchdowns) and forcing 2 fumbles, Zach is primed to have another big performance.
An impactful player on both sides of the ball, Anthony Drago Anthony Drago 6’2″ | 185 lbs | DB West Essex | 2025 NJ has helped West Essex make it to where they are today. Catching 4 touchdowns and 522 yards so far this season, Anthony has been a reliable target on short routes but also on the deep balls. Defensively, Anthony has been a momentum wrecking machine all season long. With 72 tackles and 3 interceptions, Anthony is ready to put it all out there this weekend.

An explosive wide out, Brandon is the type of receiver that can take it the end zone off of a screen or a slant across the middle. Ramapo has a lethal pass attack, and while defenses are putting an emphasis on covering Zach, Brandon’s opportunities open up and he is able to make the most of them every time. With 637 receiving yards and 8 touchdowns, Brandon is in a position to make a game changing play in the semifinals.
