Ousmane Kromah – Lee County
Not only is Kromah one of the top 6A backs in Georgia, but he’s a major 2025 prospect and one of the country’s best backs in his class. A muscular, powerful back who can break tackle after tackle while out-running most defenders in the area, Kromah has a gigantic offer list and will likely be able to commit wherever he wants at the next level. So far this season, the Lee County star has rushed for 1,319 yards and 14 touchdowns. He’s a big-time back who can do it all, and he’s a dominant force who can lead the Trojans deep into the 6A playoffs. He’s rushed for over 100 yards in six games and averages just under 10 yards per carry.
Gavin Hall – Gainesville
A tough, compact runner who has no problem carrying the Gainesville offense on his back, Hall is a tackle-breaking machine who has run wild on opponents left and right this fall as a senior, leading the Red Elephants to an impressive 10-0 record heading into the playoffs. In total Hall has rushed for 1,281 yards and 17 touchdowns. He’s rushed for at least 100 yards in six different games and averaging 8.8 yards per carry. He shows great burst, vision, and he’s terrific in short-yardage situations. He can take over games, and if he’s playing his best, look for Gainesville to be back in a position to win the 6A title this year.
Nykahi Davenport – Roswell
A tough runner who has had a fantastic career so far, the 6-foot-0 200-pounder is a reliable back who stays on his feet and picks up big yards. One of the best running backs in program history, Davenport is looking to end his career on a high note with a 6A championship in his final season. He’s a hard worker and he’s been terrific so far this season, rushing for 1,140 yards and 19 touchdowns in just nine games. He’s looking to score every time he has the ball, and he’s scored quite often in 2023. He’s rushed for at least 150 yards in five of his last six games with his best game coming last week against Alpharetta where he ran for 241 yards and two touchdowns.
Justus Savage – Langston Hughes
An explosive back with great balance, Savage in an Atlanta-area back who helped lead the Panthers to the 6A title last year. Now, the Indiana commitment will try to lead his Hughes team back to the promise land. He shows good vision, footwork, and the ability to zig-zag his way down the field for a big gain. At 5-foot-10 195-pounds, Savage has good size, breaks tackles, and looks strong in the lower body. So far this season, Savage has run for 977 yards and 15 touchdowns. He’s rushed for at least one touchdown in every game but one this season and will look to score a lot more in the playoffs. He’s a big-time 6A back to keep an eye on.
