<p>South Shelby 2024 big-time athlete <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1112355' first='Kendal' last='Hammond']</strong> (6'2" 205) is seeing his recruitment pick up with D1 schools looking to get a steal by extending preferred walk-on offers. Both Southeast Missouri and Lindenwood University see the potential in the the talented Hammond, who has D1 mesurables, and has tested as well as other D1 prospects, but plays at a smaller school in Northeastern Missouri.</p>

<p>Baylor gave St. Joseph Central 2025 RB <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='226294' first='Gabe' last='Fields']</strong> (6'0" 200) his second D1 offer this week to join Iowa State in coveting the speedy back's services. Fields ran for over 1,300 yards and 21 touchdowns despite missing a couple of games due to injury. Look for more schools to come calling in the offseason. </p>

<p>De Smet 2025 DE/EDGE prospect <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1123367' first='Quincy' last='Byas']</strong> ( 6'2" 225 ) picked up his latest offer this week from Kent State as he headed into the state semifinal game to see who advances to the state championship game. Byas has recorded 12 sacks this season as part of one of the top defenses in the state. </p>

<p>Talented 2025 S at Cardinal Ritter <strong>Vi'Naz Cobb </strong>(6'2" 205) landed his first D1 offer from Iowa State this week. The big hitter with very good coverage skills has had a great junior season in helping lead the Lions back to another state championship game. Cobb has recorded 43 tackles and 2 picks so far. </p>

<p>Nebraska has offered MICDS 2025 OT/DL <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='215751' first='Lucas' last='Allgeyer']</strong> (6'6" 255) following a game day visit by Allgeyer to watch the Huskers most recent game. </p>
