The biggest new of the week was the offer of Nevada (MO) senior C prospect and current Colorado verbal commit Talan Chandler Talan Chandler 6'3" | 290 lbs | OL Nevada | 2024 State MO (6’4″ 290) by home state Missouri. The Tigers had told Chandler last year that they would not be taking a center in this class, but recently changed their minds after following his dominating senior season. Chandler will be taking a game day visit to Mizzou tomorrow, and possibly an official visit before signing day if he decides it is in his best interest.
Hillsboro senior running back Payton Brown Payton Brown 6'1" | 215 lbs | LB Hillsboro | 2024 State MO (6’1″ 210) announced his verbal commitment to Southeast Missouri over Navy this week. Brown had narrowed his decision to those to school recently,and while he picked up an offer from Southern Illinois this week, decided that the Redhawks were the program for him.
Princeton offered St. Louis University High senior WR Joseph Harris ( 6’0″ 175) this week to give him another offer to consider amongst his choices.
Junior elite caliber WR prospect Corey Simms Corey Simms 6'3" | 190 lbs | WR CBC | 2025 State MO (6’3″ 190) continued to see more offers roll in for him this week. Big 10 schools Michigan and Wisconsin were his latest offers, after picking four last week. Simms will be a national caliber prospect by his senior season.
Another 2025 talent from St. Louis, MICDS (6’6″ 255) OT/DL prospect Lucas Allgeyer Lucas Allgeyer 6'6" | 260 lbs | DL MICDS | 2025 State MO landed an ACC offer from North Carolina St. The Wolfpack recognize the very athletic line prospect’s potential and enter the race for his services.
More schools continue to find out about the talents of De Smet 2026 DL prospect Titan Davis Titan Davis 6'5" | 245 lbs | DL De Smet | 2026 State MO ( 6’5″ 240) and what a great prospect he is in his sophomore season. This past week Nebraska, Minnesota. and Kent State got in the race for him early. Expect Titan to be one of the more heavily talked about and offered prospects over the offseason.
Fellow 2026 St. Louis prospect De’Shaun Stevenson De’Shaun Stevenson 5'10" | 155 lbs | WR Cardinal Ritter | 2026 State MO (‘5″11″ 170) landed his first D1 offer from West Virginia. The speedy Stevenson has had a breakout season with his Cardinal Ritter Lions. Look for Stevenson to also climb the recruiting ladder in the offseason .
