Players to Watch 11-3-23

Many teams and players have a great deal to play for this Friday night. Wilson has thrown for over 2,500 yards this season. He is a quarterback that throws the ball with impressive accuracy. Wilson does not have any trouble escaping the pocket. He does an excellent job of keeping his eyes down the field to make the throw. Wilson is a player to watch out for this Friday night.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>Carson Turley-Quarterback-Valley View-2024</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>The Valley View signal caller has had a strong 2023 football season. He has thrown for over 1,500 yards, 21 touchdowns, and only 4 interceptions. Turley can hurt you with his arm and his legs. He makes good decisions with the football and has led the Blazers to an 8-1 record. Turley is a prospect that I expect to have a strong Friday night performance this week. He is a prospect to watch out for in the playoffs next week.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='240083' first='Jalen' last='Dupree']-Running Back-Malvern-2024</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Over the past four years, [player_tooltip player_id='240083' first='Jalen' last='Dupree'] has been one of the most talented running backs in the state of Arkansas. Dupree has a speed and power mix that can either cut the run to the outside or simply run over opposing defenders. The Malvern running back is a player that gets stronger as the game progresses. Dupree is a player to watch out for this Friday as well as next week when the playoffs kick off in Arkansas.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>Monterrio Elston-Athlete-Little Rock Parkview-2025</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Elston is an explosive athlete that can turn a short gain into an explosive one in the blink of an eye. He is dangerous when he gets into the open field. Elston does a great job of using his speed to create separation from opposing defenders. He has the speed to stretch the field vertically. Meanwhile, his route running can cause problems for opposing defenders on the underneath routes. I expect Elston to have a strong performance this Friday night.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>D'Wayne White-Wide Receiver-Prescott-2025</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Prescott never fails to produce talented football players. White is a wide receiver that uses his athletic ability to his advantage. He does a great job of high pointing the football. White outworks opposing defensive backs for the football. White has found the end zone 7 times this season and is a player I expect to have a big Friday night this week. White is a prospect to keep an eye on in the playoffs next week.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph -->
