As the high school football season comes to a close, the senior class of 2024 WR prospects is gearing up to make one of the most important decisions of their lives. With playoff games in full swing, these talented young athletes are not only focused on winning but also on choosing a college program that aligns with their goals and aspirations. As they weigh their options, these seniors will be looking for a program that offers the perfect balance of academics and athletics, a supportive coaching staff, and a team culture that fosters growth and development. As the evaluation process continues, several promising prospects remain available for consideration. Let's take a closer look at some of the top wide receiver prospects that college coaches should keep an eye on.

Part 2 Best Remaining Unsigned

Booker

[player_tooltip player_id='944699' first='Josiah' last='Booker'] | WR | 2024 | Booker | @JosiahBooker8

2023 stats: 45 receptions - 739 yards

The 3-star WR product balled in his 1st playoff game in the books with 3 touchdowns and 200 receiving yards in a 33-17 win over undefeated #2 seed Fort Meade. Really impressed with Booker's ability to simply beat his defender with pure speed and effective footwork. Booker is a dual-sport athlete who has good body control and developed route-running skills. Just get the ball in his hands and Booker will do the rest. Big play ability with promising catching skills.

Deland

[player_tooltip player_id='1123156' first='Javon' last='Ross'] | WR | 2024 | Deland | @javonMross

2024 stats: 42 receptions - 819 yards - 11 TD

Talk about putting your name on the map with exciting plays and huge statistical performances, [player_tooltip player_id='1123156' first='Javon' last='Ross'] is a must-get for college coaches looking for an electric playmaker who consistently gets it done. Just get the ball in his hands and let the touchdown machine do the rest. Ross has accumulated over 2,000 all-purpose regular-season yards and continues to make an impact in the postseason as a receiver, runner, and kick return specialist.

Jesuit

Willy Suarez | WR | 2024 | Jesuit | @Willy_Suarez3

2023 stats: 65 receptions, 1232 yards, 13 TD

What a productive senior season Jesuit product Willy Suarez put together as he recorded over 1000 receiving yards with double-digit touchdowns. His 21 total TDs on the season tied a school record from 1967 by Curt Suchan. The 5'10, 185-pound playmaker has blazing speed and glue hands to bring down tough catches. What he can do after the catch is what makes him an impressive recruit for the next level.

HUDL: https://www.hudl.com/video/3/14918790/64fa3f729a92b4060c6a54f5

Clearwater Central Catholic

[player_tooltip player_id='275834' first='Caleb' last='Goodloe'] | WR | 2024 | CCC | @CalebGoodloe7

2023 stats: 35 receptions, 634, 7 TD

I knew this kid would have a productive senior season since watching him torch opposing defensive backs during the off-season. He's only taken that confidence into the regular season as a leader on an undefeated CCC team. A must-look for college coaches looking for a playmaker wideout with good upside and the ability to add weight.

Hagerty

Chance Bennett | WR | 2024 | Hagerty | @ChanceBennett06

2023 stats: 33 receptions - 620 yards - 7 TD

Bennett finished as one of the standout dogs of the camp series despite his smaller frame. He tested well during the speed and shuttle drills and showed off his smooth route running skills in various drills. Bennett also displayed good hands and ability to play both sides when catching a one-handed interception on the defensive side of the ball during the 7-on-7 period. In nine games last season, Bennett recorded 26 receptions for 332 receiving yards and three touchdowns.

Armwood

Mekhi Anderson | WR | 2024 | Armwood | @MekhiAnderson3

2023 stats: 33 receptions - 668 yards - 10 TD

Palmetto

Rok Lodge | WR | 2024 | Palmetto | @LiRok9

2023 stats: 46 receptions, 937 yards, 6 TD

Lake Minneola

D'Nari Adams | ATH | 2024 | Lake Minneola | @DNariAdams

2023 stats: 50 receptions, 870 yards, 7 TD

Sumner

Malik Brown | WR | 2024 | Sumner | @malikeljahbrown

2023 stats: 23 receptions, 795 yards, 11 TD

Edgewater

AJ Howard | WR | 2024 | Edgewater | @TheAJHoward

2023 stats: 25 receptions - 494 yards - 5 TD

Hudson

AJ McFarlane | WR | 2024 | Hudson | @AjMcfarlane_11

2023 stats: 43 receptions, 908 yards, 14 TD

Hudson Cobras WR AJ McFarlane ends his HS football career as the Pasco County record holder in most receiving yards in a career and TD.

Winter Haven

Ora Farlow | WR | 2024 | Winter Haven | @OraFarlow4

2023 stats: 30 receptions - 444 yards - 5 TD

Despite not having the physical presence of some other receivers, Ora Farlow makes up for it with lightning-fast speed and the ability to run crisp, precise routes. Farlow is good at creating separation from defenders and finishing with strong hands. His performance this season earned him a spot as a top WR standouts on my list and the respect of his peers, as the slick route runner is poised to continue his success in the upcoming off-season while attempting to pull in some offers.

Wiregrass Ranch

[player_tooltip player_id='951712' first='Fred' last='Adams'] Jr. | ATH | 2024 | Wiregrass | @FredAdamsJr2

2023 stats: 29 receptions - 572 yards - 12 TD

Ponte Vedra

Cole Madson | WR | 2024 | Ponte Vedra | @Colemadson4

2023 stats: 39 receptions - 775 yards - 6 TD

Merritt Island

[player_tooltip player_id='896104' first='Ryder' last='Varis'] | WR | 2024 | Merritt Island | @VarisRyder

2023 stats: 50 receptions - 709 yards - 11 TD

Niceville

[player_tooltip player_id='744311' first='Maddax' last='Fayard'] | WR | 2024 | Niceville | @MaddaxFayard

2023 stats: 54 receptions - 488 yards - 6 TD

Clay

Payton Dykas | WR | 2024 | Clay | @paytondykas2

2023 stats: 50 receptions - 643 yards - 5 TD

Dykas had a solid overall performance on Sunday. He was really quick in his release and had good route-running skills. He was able to beat a few defensive backs with crisp routes but had trouble finishing the catch earlier in the showcase. Dykas got better as the camp progressed which earned his name on the list. Dykas recorded 1,001 yards with 14 touchdowns while averaging 100 yards per game during his junior season. His progression will be something to keep an eye on.

Oviedo

[player_tooltip player_id='1128636' first='Cameron' last='Keels'] | WR | 2024 | Oviedo | @certiifiedxcam

2023 stats: 27 receptions - 575 yards - 7 TD

Newberry

David Schmidt | WR | 2024 | Newberry | @DavidtheFuture1

2023 stats: 20 receptions - 467 yards - 6 TD

As noted before, Schmidt has evolved into a playmaker wideout that has the tools to make it happen on the gridiron. College coaches looking for a versatile athlete who can produce at the receiver position, Schmidt can make it happen. He's put together consecutive solid seasons to start his senior campaign to help Newberry start 1-0. Schmidt has solid route-running skills with breakaway speed after the catch. He's also recorded two punt returns in both weeks. Got to keep my eyes on his recruitment as the season progresses.

Rockledge

Lorenzo Bell | WR | 2024 | Rockledge | @_1krenzo

2023 stats: 24 receptions - 455 yards - 7 TD

Palmetto Prep

Rkisch Hyppolite | WR | 2024 | PPA | @RkischH

2023 stats: 8 GP- 22 receptions, 405 yards, 2 TD

Mainland

Clarence McCloud | WR | 2024 | Mainland | @ClarenceMcCl0d_

2023 stats: 39 receptions - 338 yards - 4 TD

Victory Christian

Kooper Jones | WR | 2024 | VCA | @kooper_jones

2023 stats: 41 receptions - 578 yards - 4 TD
