3A North Half Preview Winona vs. Amanda Elzy

This won't be a far travel for the visiting team. He is their 2025 quarterback that has a lot of potential. I think they need to get him a lot of read option plays going this week. They need to try to see if they can get him to open up the game for them in the running department. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='1121305' first='Detrick' last='Munford'] is a player that holds it down for them on defense. He is going to have to keep a close eye on Winona's quarterback. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Winona</strong></h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>We all know that Winona is very hungry for a state title this season. Their offense has been very balanced this season. [player_tooltip player_id='1121288' first='Chase' last='Richardson'] is the man on that side of the ball for them. He has been lighting it up on offense. Players like [player_tooltip player_id='616696' first='Javien' last='Jackson'] are going to be very hungry coming from the edge. They also have [player_tooltip player_id='1126766' first='Tyler' last='Lockhart'] that does a great job at outside linebacker. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Winona has to be very disciplined on defense for this game. They do not need to be out there making a lot of mistakes. That will hurt them against a team like Elzy. Elzy has the ability to run the ball.
