1M District 2 Post Season Quarterback Spotlight

With the 2023 regular season over, I'm doing an analysis of quarterback prospects from every Classification/Region/District in Florida. Doing these analyses allows me to spotlight a lot of players. There are a lot of young talented prospects and several sleeper prospects that could start getting looks for the next level. Prep Redzone Florida will always promote everybody in hopes of them getting the opportunity of playing college football at the next level.       <blockquote class="wp-block-quote"> Jack McKissock- The First Academy c/o 26   6'2 185lbs    McKissock was the top quarterback in District 2 this season. He led the Royals to a 6-4 record and just barely missed the State playoffs, he led the district in passing with 1503 yards, completed 55% of his passes with 19 touchdowns. McKissock gets it done in the classroom as well with a 4.0 GPA. Coaches check him out.   Strengths:   Can throw with accuracy on the run, rolling out to either side of the pocket   Throws with good anticipation and timing on 1st and 2nd level throws   Film: <a href="https://www.hudl.com/profile/16738660/JACK-MCKISSOCK">https://www.hudl.com/profile/16738660/JACK-MCKISSOCK</a> </blockquote>       <blockquote class="wp-block-quote"> [player_tooltip player_id='753030' first='Michael' last='Dove']- Foundation Academy c/o 25   6'1 180lbs    Dove transferred over to Foundation Academy this summer and had a solid season for the Lions, leading them to a 7-3 regular season record. Dove finished second in the district throwing for 1349 yards, completing 51% of his passes with 19 touchdowns. He finished second on the team in rushing with 298 yards and 11 touchdowns on the ground.   Strengths:   Very smart (4.5 GPA) on and off the field    Very effective throwing the ball down the seems with timing and touch   Instinctive runner with good acceleration and vision that gets downhill quickly   Film: <a href="https://www.hudl.com/profile/16223091/Michael-Dove">https://www.hudl.com/profile/16223091/Michael-Dove</a> </blockquote>       <blockquote class="wp-block-quote"> Cameron Kurzon- Orlando Christian Prep c/o 25   6'0 180lbs    Kurzon was very productive this season for the Warriors. The first year starter has led Orlando Christian to a 9-1 record and into the State playoffs. Kurzon finished third in the district growing for 689 yards, completing 59% of his passes with 9 touchdowns. He also had 2 rushing touchdowns on the season. Kurzon Is a player on the rise and someone to keep an eye on, he was selected second team All-District and is getting interest from schools like Florida, USF, and Kennesaw State.
