Louisville
They did a great job of being very dominant in the trenches. They were creating a lot of pressure in the backfield. Jayshaunn Robins was a monster on the field all night. He was very active in the trenches, and he did not allow a lot of plays to be made. Louisville rode their defense’s back last night. They showed why they are considered as one of the best defenses in the state. Jacari Owens was another player that was making big plays on defense for Louisville last night. He had a sack forced fumble that started the rolling for the Louisville Wildcats.
Xavier Hunt did a great job for Louisville on offense. He is a player that has started to notice he can get some things done with his legs. Hunt was also a very accurate passer last night. He was fitting the ball in some very tight holes. Louisville seen six different football carriers last night. This team is going to be good for a very long time. Xzarion Haynes Xzarion Haynes 5'9" | 150 lbs | RB Louisville | 2026 State MS had a very big night running the football. Deniro Jackson and Kam Triplett both had a big game also.
Kosciusko
I saw some good things from this football team last night. I was very impressed with their freshman running back. He ran the ball very hard last night. He was not out there tip toeing being scared of this defense. I was also impressed with the way Caden Greer was making completions on short passes. I was not impressed with the way he was turning over the ball. They need to find a way to protect the football a lot better.
Their defense actually played a fairly decent game. I was impressed with the way their defense was getting a push on the football. Their defensive unit is one that they can count on to make big plays for them. They need to find a way to ride their backs. Tyran Mosley does a great job in coverage. He also does not mind coming up to make hits. They also have a very solid linebacker core. This team is going to be fine.
