Week 6: Top LB Performances

I am listing the players who's stat line stood out, who people recommended, and players who either I watched live or was able to watch highlights from their specific game. He is fun to watch play and is 100% able to play at the next level. He is a great athlete, being quick to the ball. Holzhauer racks up a ton of tackles weekly and during his week 6 performance, he had another big week. Platt is a standout on both sides of the ball and will be headed to Oregon next year to play for the Ducks. He is quick on the field and closes the gap well on the ball carrier. Carney has been steady all season, playing at a high level throughout the year. He has been gaining the attention of some college coaches but deservers more looks, in my opinion. He is a great leader and is involved in almost every play, being relentless on the defensive side. He reads the quarterback very well at the linebacker position. You can tell he takes his time to study each team Lake Stevens plays by watching a lot of film. He is a great athlete and can play all over the field, being extremely versatile. He is starting to gain looks at the next level, which is absolutely deserved.
