The reigning player of the year has not missed a beat in his senior season, and at this point it is a shame more colleges have not come calling. All he has done is lead the best team in the state of Virginia to a state title and quite possibly a second. When all is said and done Freedom Woodbridge quarterback Tristan Evans Tristan Evans 5’11” | 180 lbs | QB Freedom | 2024 VA will most likely have two state championships, a player of the year selection and host of other honors. What he does not have yet is a legitimate offer from at least an FCS level school. You mean to tell me that a young man with a 4.0 GPA, signal caller for the reigning Class 6 champs cant get an honest offer, that is not fair. The Patriot League should be pinning for his services, whether it be that league or another he will sure not disappoint.

Ethan Norah
Ethan Norah
Watched him enough to know that his kid is an FCS level linebacker and will contribute on special teams also. In Colgan’s shutout over Osbourn Park back in September when Ethan Norah blocked a punt and then scooped the ball up for a near touchdown, I knew right then this kid can play! He has followed up on that performance with several standout games for the Sharks and he may finish with close to 100 tackles by seasons end. The interest in Norah will start to gain traction soon, he has visits lined up with Delaware State and Pace University with more suitors to follow.

It is only matter of time until Forest Park Defensive End/Tight End Andrew Perry Andrew Perry 6’3″ | 210 lbs | DL Forest Park Woodbridge Va | 2024 VA makes his college choice official. Written about him numerous articles previously, I know this kid is at least a division 2 or higher talent. He is surely to be receive all conference accolades by season’s end for his work on both sides of the football.

One day after writing about one of my players of the week, Loudoun Valley’s Cole Kielhorn Cole Kielhorn 6’0″ | 185 lbs | ATH Loudoun Valley | 2024 VA just picked up his first offer from Emory and Henry College! Congrats to Cole, but honestly I think this will open the floodgates for him in regards to offers now that one school has finally pulled the trigger. A reminder he can play corner, safety or receiver and will make an impact regardless where you line him up. Here is what I wrote about his performance from last week:
A young man who will not be ignored anymore is Loudoun Valley’s playmaker Cole Kielhorn Cole Kielhorn 6’0″ | 185 lbs | ATH Loudoun Valley | 2024 VA . We talked to you about his skill set in the pre-season and I am happy to see him continuing to make plays for the Vikings as their regular season is coming to end. In their 14-0 win over VA Academy Kielhorn had a touchdown reception and an interception to strengthen his squad chance for a playoff berth. To this point the senior has had interest from school such as Ithaca and Emory & Henry, but my money is that more schools will be begging for his services soon.

The southpaw quarterback is having a phenomenal senior campaign, that should could line up with another Stallions state title run. Dennis is a dual threat star for South County and one of our top ranked players in all of 2024. The interest in him from schools to division 2 to the fbs level has been hot and cold, but I expect that too change very soon. Personally I would love to see him playing division 2 football driving various defensive coordinators insane with his elite skill set, but only time will tell. Another student athlete who takes his academics seriously, the lefty passer has well over a 3.0 GPA.
