6’3 165 | Wide Receiver | Northwest Rankin
Dillon is one of the best athletes in this class of prospects in the state of Mississippi. He is a 3 sport athlete excelling at basketball, football, and track. He is elite in everything he does athletically. He is truly a hooper at heart, but understands how to translate the necessary skills over to football. Short area quickness is a skill that helps him excel due to him knowing how to dribble and set up defenders which is the same in football at releasing and making people miss in the open field. He has superb ball skills which shows up in basketball the way he can play above the rim, and also in jump ball situations which is rebounding in basketball. He is a very long kid and runs the longer races in track and it shows. He has caught quite a few long passes so far in his young career, one being a 90 plus yard touchdown. He has alot of upside and trains very hard at both sports football and a basketball. He has a father that pushes him to work for everything he gets; so he will only continue to get better and better as he gets older. Last update on his stats was 21 receptions for 401 yards and 5 touchdowns which is very good for a freshman player in any league.
Dolph Earl McDonald
6’1 150 | Athlete | Morton High School
McDonald is in the running for the best athlete in this class for sure. He is the younger brother of 2026 4 star receiver Xavier Mcdonald. He hold his own without having to ride his brother’s coat tail leading the state in interceptions as a freshman with 5. He is a long kid and does alot of things well such as high pointing the ball, runs pretty good, and has great awareness for such a young player. He grew up playing quarterback which may explain why he can diagnose plays so fast at the corner position. He is starting to get worked in on the offensive side of the ball at receiver and making some plays there. He is a hooper as well like some of the other kids on this list and knows how to make it translate as well. He has a nack for just making big plays as he has returned 2 of his 5 interceptions for touchdowns. This kid will be one of the best ones in this class in the nation.
6’5 270 | Offensive Tackle | Jackson Academy
Moss has big time written all over him with his size and aggressiveness. He has a basketball background which puts him ahead of most guys that are close to his size because he knows how to defensive slide and bend his knees. He is a very humble and coachable kid. He was recently selected to the Adidas All American Freshman game which is a big time honor. Moss has went and competed against some of the best kids in America at some big time camps that further shows that his projection is on point. He got his first varsity action last week and he did not disappoint by driving a defender on a down block all the way to the other side of the field. The game will be a little fast for him right now, but once this kid gets the experience the sky is the limit for him. He has the chance to be a top 10 player overall in his class without seeing the rest of the class; that’s how much potential he has. He currently has 2 D1 offers already to New Mexico State and Akron.
6’0 190 | Quarterback | Brandon High School
Shack checks all the boxes as a young quarterback. He is very smart, coachable, and has a cannon for an arm. He is very strong kid too squatting around 350 which is very elite. He has a beautiful throwing motion and now teamed up with a really good coach in Sam Williams has him in position to be national recruit. He is very eager to learn and is okay with not knowing something and just plain out learning it. He has led his JV team to an undefeated record so far and play for the championship next week. He has drawn interest from several power 5 schools that solidifies the projection that has been put out about this kid. He works with one of the best QB trainers in the nation, Wyatt Davis who will push him to be the best that he can be. Hopefully he grows like an inch or two before its all said and done, but that will not hold him back from being a top guy. He should be ranked as a dual threat also because the kid can run and delivers blows when defenders try to tackle him.
