Oregon 6A Mid Season All State Defense- 1st & 2nd Team

The Oregon 6A mid-season all state team is structured to highlight those individuals who have had all state type seasons thus far. It is NOT a list with just the top recruits and strength of schedule is factored in.    Please note that this is not an all-conference breakdown, so it will be much more difficult to make this team when incorporating the entire state. Check it..       *NEXT UP 5A       DEFENSIVE SUMMARY:         As referenced [player_tooltip player_id='152339' first='Jayden' last='Fortier'] and [player_tooltip player_id='152336' first='Gus' last='Donnerberg'] are playing as well as anyone, and two of the top two-way threats in the NW. They have been equally impressive on both sides of the football.    Oregon commit [player_tooltip player_id='152358' first='AJ' last='Pugliano'] is listed at TE, but I like him on D at the next level. 6-5 220 DE [player_tooltip player_id='511342' first='Will' last='Haverland'] has a stock which is rising quickly, adding multiple Big Sky offers.    Lake O's [player_tooltip player_id='285881' first='Lusiano' last='Lopez'] continues to excel after earning 1st team all-conference honors as a sophomore, with [player_tooltip player_id='278371' first='Ryder' last='Swanson'] looking like one of the top D lineman in school history for OC.    Junior [player_tooltip player_id='285855' first='Baron' last='Naone'] will be the state's #1 recruit for his class with close to double digit D1 offers, while [player_tooltip player_id='152347' first='Hatimu' last='Letisi'] has been unstoppable. It will be interesting to see how the Saxons' athletes do against legit competition in the playoffs. Fellow Valley League athlete [player_tooltip player_id='406771' first='Enrike' last='Aguilar'] is back killing it, after a 2nd team all-conference season as a sophomore.   The Sherwood Bowmen are doing some unprecedented things from a defensive standpoint, with four consecutive shutouts. Returning Conference POY [player_tooltip player_id='278441' first='Keaten' last='Fried'] and Jr. [player_tooltip player_id='766200' first='Treyson' last='Eddleman'] have been off the hook good, leading all LB's. Safety [player_tooltip player_id='511301' first='Evan' last='Morris'] is another athlete who has the potential of playing a high level of collegiate ball.    The state's top baseball player [player_tooltip player_id='152361' first='Ryan' last='Vandenbrink'] has come back in a big way, looking like one of Oregon's top LB's. As of right now teammate [player_tooltip player_id='152344' first='Hunter' last='Haines'] is probably the favorite for 6A POY honors on D.
