Lane Sumerel Lane Sumerel 6’2″ | 225 lbs | LB Ravenwood | 2025 TN was on fire on the field against Summit High School. He finished the game with 15 total tackles with for of those being for loss and 2 sacks. Sumerel flew around the field with great play speed and angles to the point of attack to show excellent open field tackling. Good instincts and mental processing, he was keying run concepts quickly and triggering downfield to make tackles around the LOS.
Highlights
Nate Fleming Nate Fleming 6’2″ | 235 lbs | DL BGA | 2025 TN created disruption in the backfield vs Pope John Paul II High School. He was consistently in the backfield, beating offensive lineman with quickness and technique to penetrate gaps. Fleming beat double teams with leverage and power to create space and split the OL. Smooth mover and uses hands to beat pullers and shows nice instincts vs run concepts.
Tucker Kyne Tucker Kyne 6’5″ | 225 lbs | ATH Cannon Co. | 2024 State TN made a huge impact in game 7 on both sides of the ball. On offense, he had 7 catches for 176 yards and 1 touchdown. Great explosiveness after the catch, good physicality and play strength to break tackles using stiff arms with contact balance to stay on his feet. Good understanding of how to use his big frame to win at the catch point with good ball skills. On defense, Kyne had 7 tackles and 1 TFL with 1 forced fumble. He showed a high motor and good 1st step explosiveness.
Highlights
Evan Briggs Evan Briggs 6’2″ | 275 lbs | OL Upperman | 2024 TN is a powerful force on both sides of the trenches for Upperman High School. On offense, he created vertical displacement in the run game with good hand usage, play strength, and hip torque to constantly bully defensive lineman. Briggs showed nice leverage and understands angles and positioning to help create running lanes. On defense, Briggs is strong at the point of attack to control his gap and create disruption in the backfield.
