We are past the mid-way point of the football season in the state of Arkansas. It is time to look at some prospects that have been lighting up the Friday night skies over the past six weeks. The state of Arkansas is well represented with players from around the state being statistical leaders at this point in the year. Here are several prospects to watch out for the rest of the season.

[player_tooltip player_id='1039939' first='Bo' last='Mosley']-Defensive Back-Russellville-2025

[player_tooltip player_id='1039939' first='Bo' last='Mosley'] is a versatile defensive back that can play the safety or the cornerback positions with impressive effectiveness. He has displayed a nose for the football. Mosely has picked off 5 passes this season and had a fumble recovery that he took 50 yards for a touchdown. Meanwhile, he has done a good job of hauling down the opposing ball carrier. He has recorded 21 tackles, 4 tackles for loss, and 12 pass breakups. Mosley is a prospect that I expect to have a busy rest of the season.

[player_tooltip player_id='739078' first='Peyton' last='Sellers']-Linebacker-Hamburg-2025

The Hamburg linebacker is a prospect that has done a great job of hauling down the ball carrier. Sellers is impressive in getting off of blocks and making the tackle. He gets into the offensive backfield on a consistent basis. Sellers is a linebacker that can drop back into coverage and make the tackle on running backs, tight ends, and wide receivers. After 7 games this season, Sellers has racked up 100 tackles on the year. He is a prospect to watch out for over the next two seasons.

[player_tooltip player_id='221259' first='Cash' last='Archer']-Linebacker-Greenwood-2025

[player_tooltip player_id='221259' first='Cash' last='Archer'] is a versatile defensive prospect that can play the edge rush or linebacker positions extremely well. Archer can come off of the edge and sack the quarterback. However, he does a great job of moving around the defensive front and pressuring the quarterback. At the halfway point of the season, the Greenwood linebacker has brought the opposing quarterback down 11 times this season. Archer is a prospect to watch out for and one with the talent to play at the next level.

[player_tooltip player_id='240083' first='Jalen' last='Dupree']-Running Back-Malvern-2024

[player_tooltip player_id='240083' first='Jalen' last='Dupree'] is one of the most consistent running backs in the state of Arkansas. He continues to rack up strong performances. In his senior season, Dupree continues to churn out the rushing yards. He will not be brought down on initial contact, and he is dangerous in the open field. Through the 29th of September, Dupree has rushed for 1,050 yards and punched the ball in the end zone 15 times. Dupree is a player to watch as the year starts to wind down.

[player_tooltip player_id='364821' first='Akyell' last='Madison']-Wide Receiver-Little Rock Mills-2024

The wide receiver position grouping is a strong one in the state. [player_tooltip player_id='364821' first='Akyell' last='Madison'] is opening plenty of eyes this season. He does an excellent job of getting open for his quarterback. Madison has strong route running ability and uses it to his advantage. He is racking up the receiving yards this season. Madison has hauled in 42 receptions for 858 yards and 8 touchdowns on the season. Madison is a player to watch out for the rest of the season.
