Four of the players listed have at least one offer to play at the next level. However, each of them are prospects worth recruiting now.
Chapa is arguably one of the better defensive backs in the region. He is a ball-hawking athlete who possesses the ability to make a difference every time he steps onto the field. His technique and physical skill make him a dangerous defender who can dissect what the offense wants to do and make a play. He is a fierce competitor who initiates ball-jarring contact and plays to the whistle on every snap. Chapa is also a dangerous return man on special teams, helping him land offers from Northern Colorado, Lindenwood, CSU-Pueblo, Emporia State, and Fort Lewis.
Harris is another play-making athlete who is a legitimate weapon on defense, offense, and special teams. He does an outstanding job of reading the field, and he has the football understanding and awareness to be in the right spots at the right times. His methodical approach to the game helps him strategize big plays that result in takeaways or touchdowns. His physicality and toughness make him a hitter who comes downhill to deliver devastating blows. Harris played a large role in a state championship-winning season last year and has continued to be a difference-maker, helping him land offers from Lindenwood and CSU-Pueblo.

Mikey Munn
Mikey Munn
Munn is a ball-hawking free safety who leads the state with ten interceptions through the regular season. He is a downhill player who does an excellent job of tracking the ball carrier and maintaining his leverage to help secure tackles and finish plays, including behind the line of scrimmage. His ability to read the field and recognize plays–along with his impressive speed and athleticism–allow him to get out of his breaks and quickly close the distance to his target and make a play. Munn has earned offers from CSU-Pueblo, Western Colorado, and Adams State, making him a prospect to scout before it is too late.
Martinez is an experienced safety with a lot of upside. His versatility allows him to defend the slot, cover over the top, and defend in the box. His athleticism and explosiveness allow him to play well in open space as the single-high safety. He has the speed to run with receivers, cover sideline to sideline, and meet running backs at the line of scrimmage on outside runs. Martinez is a physical player with high energy, which helped him earn an offer from Chadron State.

He has the physicality and willingness to come flying downhill to deliver tone-setting hits.
