Explosive #TN2026 Standouts to Watch in Week 9

Today, we will be focusing on some sophomore standouts that have established themselves on the field this year. King and the Fighting Irish are coming off a 47-42 win over Brentwood Academy last week. What impresses me most about King is his ability to stay locked in down the stretch, using strong footwork to muscle defenders and get in front of the ball on quick passes. Another aspect of King's playstyle that makes a huge difference is his ability to use bursts of speed to break away into the backfield and get open for deep passes. What impresses me about Schneider is his solid footwork and ability to make a difference offensively along the edge, hauling in quick passes and blasting his way down the field, barreling past the opposition with his durability, quickness and the ability to adapt. Perkins also makes a difference with his pin-point accuracy, showing off his deep passing as he connects with his receivers in stride despite heavy coverage in the backfield.
