Demarius Yates
Yates is going to be a beast for the next two seasons. He did a great job running the ball for Kemper County (Miss) against Noxubee County last Friday night. Yates has some good size standing 6-foot, 180 pounds. Yates is the type of player that has great vision. He is also a guy that has a lot of speed. Yates has good hands out of the backfield. He is a guy that also plays defense for his squad. He also recorded an interception in their last game.
Ronnie Brown
Brown is a running back that we need to hurry up and get familiar with. I expect him to continue to have a big season. After watching his film, I am very impressed. This young man has a lot of speed. When he breaks away, there is no catching him. Brown is a guy that is 5-foot-10, 185 pounds. Brown has the potential to be a player on the next level. I have not seen him in person, but his film speaks for him. He is a player that we are going to want to keep up with.
Marcus Flowers
Flowers already has started the season off with some big numbers. The Charleston talented running back has rushed for 100 yards per game this season. I expect to see him have at least 1500 yards this season. If Charleston has a deep run in the playoffs, he will have that opportunity. Flowers is going to be a division one player on day. All he needs to do is keep his head down and work hard. He totes the rock well for the Tigers. He does not play like an underclassman.
Jeremiah Miller
Miller is a talented running back in this class that plays at Choctaw County High School. He is a guy that is a shorter back that is elusive. Miller has the speed to go the distance any time that he gets some room. He is also a strong guy for his size. Miller is not the player that you are going to easily bring down with arm tackles. Miller also does a great job running the screen. He has the hands that you need your running back to have out of the backfield. He is a great complement to the talented offensive players they have on their team. Keep up with this young man.
