There were outstanding performance all over in the Upstate on Friday night. Here's a look at some from the Greenville, Pickens, and Anderson area deserving of PRZ game balls.

[player_tooltip player_id='605525' first='Marquise' last='Henderson'] RB, Belton-Honea Path

This space is normally reserved for eye-popping stats. Well, how's this: on just seven carries, Henderson (pictured) rushed for 211 yards and two touchdowns - averaging 30.1 yards per rush. He added a 24-yard TD catch and further built his case for "best back in the Upstate".

Kyler Zimmerman RB, Greenville

Zimmerman answered any questions about another option for Greenville's offense. He rushed for 146 yards and two touchdowns as the Red Raiders defeated previously unbeaten JL Mann 21-19.

[player_tooltip player_id='1144060' first='Ethan' last='Anderson'] QB, J.L. Mann

Speaking of the Patriots, Anderson continues to look like one of the best QBs in the upstate. He threw for 307 yards and three second-half TDs to drag Mann up off the canvas against Greenville, very nearly completing the comeback.

Thomas Stanley RB, Hillcrest

The Rams have looked good through the air, and Stanley added some pop on the ground on Friday. He ran for 151 yards and a score on 13 carries in a blowout win over Powdersville.

Johnny Jaraczewski LB, St. Joseph's

Another Friday night, another defensive wrecking ball performance for Jaraczewski. The Knights' most active, most consistent defender, he finished the win over Ware Shoals with 11 tackles, two sacks, and five tackles for loss.

Tory Shaw RB, Daniel

With Ja'Kari Bennett already established as a game-breaking RB for the Lions, Shaw's game Friday night underscored just how scary the Lions can be. He rushed for 104 yards and two scores on just nine attempts.

[player_tooltip player_id='997398' first='Will' last='Patton'] ATH, Easley

Patton is usually the Green Wave's top receiver, but he was pressed into service at QB on Friday. He played well, rushing for 94 yards on 15 carries and tossing a 26-yard TD pass.

[player_tooltip player_id='1142563' first='Luke' last='Gray'] QB, Pendleton

Gray is quietly building a resume as one of the Upstate's top guys at QB. Friday night, he finished 16-for-22 for 247 yards and three touchdowns, and added another score on the ground.

Demarco Evans RB, [player_tooltip player_id='1157819' first='Sharode' last='Richardson'] RB, and [player_tooltip player_id='139314' first='Josh' last='Williams'] ATH, Westside

Westside put up some video game-type numbers against Mauldin on Friday, with these three leading the way. Evans and Richardson did their best thunder-and-lighting impression, with Evans grinding out 109 tough yards and two TDs on just 12 carries, and Richardson totaling 186 yards and three TDs on nine carries, including a 99-yarder in the fourth quarter. Williams, meanwhile, turned in his normal electric performance: five catches for 75 yards and a score, a 95-yard kick return for a TD, and a solid night at defensive back.
