Has clean footwork behind the line of scrimmage and shows impressive suddenness to make defenders miss when he gets into space. Works well in congestion. Shows some ability to pinball off of contact and pick up additional yardage. Runs with determination and strong leg drive, doing a better job of pushing the pile than anticipated.
Solid athlete who’s fast enough to outrun defenders to the edge, and has good burst/acceleration to hit the hole. Patient player who lets things develop and makes good decisions. Works well through congestion. Makes pretty sharp cuts when stretching the defense laterally. Nice vision and footwork to recognize and hit cutback lanes. Elusive runner in the hole to make defenders miss one-on-one. Low pad level and strong leg drive allow him to push the pile and grind out additional yardage after contact; nice toughness and competitiveness.

Runs with good knee bend and a low center of gravity. Has quick feet and makes clean cuts in the backfield. Makes solid decisions, showing good vision and patience. Possesses good burst in the hole and wastes little time hitting the line when the blocking is there. Smooth accelerator on outside rushing attempts, with above-average top-end speed. Very flexible, elusive player in space; difficult to bring down in one-on-one situations when he gets to the outside/second level, making sharp cuts and showing impressive stop/start skills.

Footwork and backfield cuts are impressive for a back with his size. Doesn’t waste time getting upfield, showing adequate burst in the hole. Consistently runs behind his pads to protect his torso from big blows. Has impressive contact balance to absorb hits and stay upright; pinballs off of opponents and keeps going. Runs through arm tackles with ease, even before he has a full head of steam going. Able to fall forward at the end of runs on a consistent basis.
Highly effective one-cut runner who shows the vision and patience to wait for things to develop before hitting the hole, showcasing solid explosiveness and deep speed. Very elusive player who has crisp footwork, makes sharp cuts and can make the first man miss. He’s capable of creating something out of nothing when faced with defenders in the backfield. Able to find pockets of space when working through congestion.
