The Metroplex is made up of cities and communities around the Dallas/Fort Worth area. In 2022, this area of Texas was on top, as multiple schools from the Metroplex were crowned State Champions. Dean's 31 carry, 376 yard performance against Highland Park, showed that he has the skill set to be a workhorse for Lake Highlands and he set a single game school rushing record to lift the Wildcats to a big win. Dean has the frame to add healthy bulk and maintain his speed once he gets into a college strength and conditioning program. He visited Iowa and the University of Louisiana in the spring.
