Greene checks in at the #1 overall spot in the PRZ WA 2026 rankings. As a sophomore he already possesses ideal size, length, and frame at 6’6” 275 lbs. with an 80 inch wingspan and elite level talent. Impressive athleticism and fluidity for his size, he’s got great feet to match movement and maintain positional leverage. Quick and active hands, he snaps them into position and possesses a powerful initial strike with great extension. He’s a finisher that drives through contact but stays balanced and under control throughout the block. Holds nine D1 offers and is gaining traction to some of the elite programs in the country. Expect him to be a national recruit before long.
9 Offers: Nevada, NAU, Cal, Washington State, Arizona State, Michigan, Washington, Stanford, Texas A&M
Highlights
2.
Siale comes in ranked #2 but with his skillset he could easily end up being the highest rated 2026 recruit when all is said and done. At 6’4” 265 lbs. he possesses a rare combination of size, speed, and athleticism. He’s got great initial quickness to explode off the ball to immediately gain penetration. Elite level body control, short area burst, and lateral agility to react and redirect to the ball carrier. Plays with leverage and natural bend off the edge disrupt plays as they are developing at or behind the LOS. Eight Power 5 offers to his name already and projects as one of the premier 2026 edge prospects in the country as he continues to develop.
8 Offers: Florida State, Oregon State, Penn State, Utah, Oregon, Washington, Miami, Louisville
3.
The O’Dea defensive line holds two of the top three spots with Schwerzel coming in at #3. At 6’4” 250 lbs. his skillset checks a lot of boxes for a high level college edge prospect. He’s continued to grow while adding good weight without sacrificing any of his mobility or explosion. He’s got excellent coordination and a good mix of speed and power to beat blockers off the edge. He’s a heavy striker and violent at the POA. Also, a good basketball player, it shows on the football field with his ability to change directions and close space chasing the ball. Really like his variation and command of different moves, mixes it up with spin, swim, and long arm techniques. Strong list of offers already but expect a big bump in recruiting as a sophomore.
5 Offers: Louisville, Michigan, Washington, Penn State, Miami
4.
Thompson is an electric athlete with the versatile skillset to be a difference maker on both sides of the ball. The 6’0” 180 lb. WR/DB has great change of direction and short area quickness with the long speed to match. Love how he’s able to use his start/stop speed to make quick sudden cuts both as a route runner and in coverage. Great judgement skills to track and adjust to ball flight while timing out his jump to compete at the high point. Has mainly contributed as a receiver so far this season where he has been explosive in space and as a vertical threat that can stretch the field.
6 Offers: Nevada, Louisville, Oregon, Oregon State, Arizona State, Washington
5.
Another edge prospect rounds out our top five for the 2026 class. The 6’4” 230 pounder projects as DE at the college level but is a force on both sides of the line for Kennedy. Plays downhill, fast, and physical with great strength at the contact point to overpower opponents. He’s got great range and is relentless in pursuit to laterally chase down ball carriers sideline to sideline with correct angles. Violent with his hands, he shows a good ability to separate blockers from his body and then shed to free himself up for a tackle. Strength and contact balance allow him to control blockers with just his hands. High ceiling prospect with a great combination of athleticism, length, and growth potential.
5 Offers: BYU, Idaho, Oregon State, Washington, Washington State
