That’s one part of the game that I love. These guys have been looking good. We also have some more under the radar guys to discuss.
Caleb Cunningham Caleb Cunningham 6'3" | 180 lbs | WR Choctaw County | 2025 State MS
We won’t have to touch on Cunningham long. The most impressive thing that I have seen from him is the fact that he is becoming a better route runner. When he reaches his peak as a route runner, that is going to be dangerous for cornerbacks. We all know that his 38 inch vertical and 4.56 speed makes him a dog. We all know how Cunningham is doing.
Tayshawn King
King is the teammate of Caleb Cunningham Caleb Cunningham 6'3" | 180 lbs | WR Choctaw County | 2025 State MS over at Choctaw County High School. I was highly impressed with him when I went to watch them practice. I project him to be a slot receiver on the next level. Scouts love the way that King has the twitch about him. He is a very shifty player that is always going to get loose for big plays. He also has good hands. King has very good game speed. I do not have a 40 time on him, but I can see on his film that he gets a lot of separation.
Smith is an all-purpose back that will see his stock rise this season. Smith is very impressive. He is a feisty player that loves to get gritty. This isn’t the segment where I make NFL comparisons, but he reminds me of Deebo Samuel. Smith is a guy that can line up at receiver or running. He has great vision between the tackles. At receiver, he has the twitch to get the separation he needs. Smith has already been a big guy for Picayune this season.
Tre Morton
Morton is a dog that we need to discuss more. He is hidden down at Jackson Wingfield in the Jackson Public School System. Morton is a football player out of the Jackson metropolitan area that we need to know. He has started the season off making a lot of big hits. His team may not be a championship squad, but this dude is a guy to know. Morton knows how to come up and make big hits. I think that he is going to be a safety on the next level. Morton is more of a guy that you want helping out cornerbacks over the top.
