2024 Midseason Film Evaluation

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>This class knows their midseason film is very important. This is not the time for them to play around. They have to make a name for themselves before the season is over. There are a few guys that have truly impressed us with their midseason film.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Keon Hutchins</strong></h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Hutchins has really started off this season on a roll. He is a guy that is blazing fast. Watching his film, it is not hard to see that he is a big time playmaker for Union. Hutchins has some great skills. I think he has a great chance to be a wide receiver on the next level. It is not hard for him to get open when he is ready. This kid is a stud.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1121288' first='Chase' last='Richardson']</strong></h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Richardson is an ATH out of Winona that has been a superstar leader for their squad. He makes big plays every game. Richardson has a very strong arm and a quick release. He is deadly with his feet, and is a very accurate passer on the run. It is hard to tell if he is going to be a quarterback on the next level. From the way he moves, I think he can be a wide receiver or defensive back on the next level. Kid clearly has a lot of speed.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='344086' first='Christopher' last='Jones']</strong></h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>I know we talk about Jones a lot, but there are a few things I like to point out about his film. Coaches have said that they would love to see some good lateral movements from Jones. When I watched his midseason film, I was impressed. Jones has been moving a lot better since he has been training this summer. On the first play if his film, you can see him catch an interception. He is moving so fluently in the zone and attacks the ball when he sees it. I loved that. Don't be surprised if more offers come his way soon.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Zayvian Lowery</strong></h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>I was impressed with Lowery's film. He is another guy that is committed to Southern Miss. West Point has a run stopper in this young man. He is going to be a problem for a lot of teams during division play this year.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph -->
