Isidore Newman shook off early 10-point deficits Friday, made adjustments up front and rattled off 42 unanswered points behind stellar performances in all three phases. The senior finished with five catches for 98 yards and the two scores, showing his quickness in both his route-running and the return game, his consistent reliability both to get open and securely catch passes in stride and his toughness for his size battling for extra yardage.
