Unranked District 3 Prospects Part 2

I have been writing since February for Prep Redzone and what constantly amazes me is the amount of talent that is in Pennsylvania. So, I made a list of some of the players I found in District 3 that are unranked in our database and decided to write an article showcasing these prospects.    Dominic Giuffre Schuylkill Valley. Giuffre played running back last year and he was a difference-maker for Schuylkill Valley. He is very difficult to tackle for the defense. He can put a move on a defender, run past a defender or run through a defender. He is taller running back, standing 6'1" inches tall, but this allows him to use his size to his advantage. Giuffre has good speed and he ran run past defenders. He catches the ball well out of the backfield as well, so he is a weapon in the passing game. Giuffre is a playmaker who should have a good chance to play College Football in the future.    Luke Spotts Schuylkill Valley. Spotts played tight end last year. Spotts is a dynamic receiver in the passing game from his tight end position. He lined up both as an in-line blocker and as a slot receiver. In both positions, he showed the ability to run good routes and catch the ball. His route diversity was also impressive as he ran many different types of routes. Spotts also caught the ball well in traffic. He also blocked well as both a slot receiver and as an in-line tight end. Spotts is an impressive player who should only get better going into his Junior year.    Derrick Briddell Lebanon. Briddell played safety last year. His film shows him constantly making tackles in the open field. He does a nice job of coming upfield and keeping contain. Briddell constantly uses his speed and athleticism to make plays in the back end of the defense. He especially does a good job of making tackles in the open field. Briddell flashed a ton of skills at safety and should only get better going into this year.    [player_tooltip player_id='1131777' first='Anthony' last='High'] Daniel Boone. High played wide receiver and outside linebacker last year. High flashed good skills as a wide receiver. He runs good routes and catches the ball well. He especially does a nice job of catching the ball in traffic. High also ran a bunch of different routes very well. He especially does a good job catching the ball on seam routes down the middle of a defense. On defense, High does a nice job of reading and reacting to the play and coming upfield to make the play. He is also a good tackler in the open field. High has good skills and should only get going into his Junior Year.    Tristan Long Cedar Crest. Long played defensive tackle last year. He is a classic nose tackle who does a good job of occupying blockers and creating penetration into the offensive backfield. He shows good strength by pushing offensive linemen back into the backfield. He also does a solid job of splitting a double team to blow up the running game for an offense. Finally, Long shows good effort all over the football field by constantly chasing down plays. Long should only get better in the future.
