He's a shifty back who might be on the smaller side, but has plenty of burst who can slide and maneuver his way through the line of scrimmage. He's an excellent open-field runner who knows how to zig-zag his down down the field for big gains. As a junior last fall, Maddux rushed for 937 yards and an impressive 17 touchdowns, leading the Bulldogs to a fantastic 9-3 season. His 7.4 yards per carry is one of thee best in Single-A and his 17 touchdowns were tops in the area. He went over the 100-yard mark four different times during the season. A tremendous athlete and one of the best pure players in North Georgia, Williams is a defense's worst nightmare due to his speed, toughness, and natural playmaking ability. He's a natural runner with great vision, has plenty of size at 5-foot-11 205-pounds, and has terrific footwork. A current Liberty commitment, Williams will bring D1-caliber talent once again to the Calhoun offense. As a junior last year, Williams took off for 1,165 yards while scoring 17 total touchdowns. He's a dynamic player and bound for a gigantic senior season this year in 2024. An explosive runner with difference-making speed, athleticism, and the natural ability to break tackles, Blome dominated as a junior last year, rushing for an eye-opening 1,487 yards and 15 touchdowns. He was one of the best overall athletes on the field at all times and was tough to stop all season long. The 5-foot-8 175-pounder may not be the biggest back around, but he runs hard and plays bigger than his size. Blome rushed for at least 100 yards in eight games this season while going over the 200-yard mark three times. He can take over games on the ground and proved it time and time again last season. His best performance of the season came in week three against Cass where he rushed for 280 yards and three touchdowns.
