Wasatch Wasps

The Wasps had one of the most electric offenses in 5A last fall, and several of their top talents from 2022 return. Quarterback [player_tooltip player_id='698240' first='Mack' last='Kelson'] is back to pick apart defenses with elite ball placement. He's also got one of the strongest arms in the class of 2025, and receiver Tavain Edwards should be in for another big year because of it. Wasatch should also be immensely successful in the run game with [player_tooltip player_id='284201' first='Robby' last='Whelan'] leading an impressive offensive line up front. Defensively look for [player_tooltip player_id='718009' first='DeeJay' last='Lazenby'] and Kolton Brisk to lead the charge for the Wasps. Head Coach Steve Coburn and the Wasps will be able to keep up with some of the state's top contenders.

Cedar Vally Aviators

The Aviators are looking to make some noise in Region 7 after returning so much talent that made them tough to topple a year ago. One of the state's top defensive linemen, [player_tooltip player_id='875506' first='Devoux' last='Tuatga'], is back for what should be an exceptional senior season. His elite combination of speed and strength makes him a tenacious pass-rusher and run-stopper. Defensively linemen [player_tooltip player_id='894791' first='Kody' last='Horsley'] and linebacker Nate Banry should also stand out in the front seven. Cedar Vally returners a ton of outside talent and offensive linemen from last year's elite squad. Quarterback [player_tooltip player_id='904958' first='Landon' last='Johnson'] will look to step into the starting role and lead the Aviators to new heights. Head Coach Weston Zabriskie and Cedar Vally are a sleeper pick to watch this season.

Maple Mountain Golden Eagles

Head Coach Kalin Hall in his first year leading the Golden Eagles will look to get the program back on the winning path. Maple Mountain will look to quarterback [player_tooltip player_id='894748' first='Alex' last='DeGroot'] to pilot their offense this fall. The Golden Eagles do return multiple starters along the offensive line, so they should be able to provide DeGrott with a clean pocket to operate from. Look for [player_tooltip player_id='894750' first='Seth' last='Kropf'] and [player_tooltip player_id='894753' first='Derek' last='Morehouse'] to make plays on both sides of the ball. Defensive back Farrah Hardy Jr. will look to lead the Maple Mountain defense against some of the state's top offenses.
