Before I spent five seasons as a Player Personnel Analyst at the University of Texas, I cut my teeth in this business at the FCS and G5 levels for eight years. Working for an FCS program also meant keeping an eye out for high-caliber D-2 prospects as well. If I were working for a D-2, FCS, or G5 program, I'd monitor the progress of these five DE/OLBs. A few of them could turn into P5 steals.

Physical DE with good athleticism and the frame to grow into a DT. Does a very good job of violently creating separation with his length, shedding offensive linemen, and getting to the ball. Dual sport athlete who plays basketball instead of participating in an offseason program, which may explain why he's not already playing DT.
