<p>In this new series of articles, I will be posting positional breakdowns by conference so you can get to know who might be taking the field next season. For this article, I will be talking about the quarterbacks within the 4A Greater St Helens Conference.</p>

<p><strong>Battle Ground HS</strong>: <em>[player_tooltip player_id='524278' first='Jacob' last='Champine'] c/o 2024</em>. Jacob is a star linebacker and was also the starter at the quarterback position last season. He is a huge threat on his feet, being able to scramble and gain positive yards easily. He can deliver solid passes when needed as well. He is a threat in the backfield with the ball in his hands.</p>

<p><strong>Camas HS</strong>: <em>[player_tooltip player_id='206274' first='Grady' last='Milholen'] c/o 2024</em>. Grady is a BIG quarterback, standing at 6'5" and weighing around 225 pounds. He can absorb hits nicely and be able to jump right back up and be ready to go. He has a big arm, easily being able to sling the ball far down the field. He can throw outside the pocket while scrambling accurately for someone as big as he is. He will have a huge senior season. </p>

<p><strong>Skyview HS</strong>: <em>[player_tooltip player_id='945884' first='James' last='Poindexter'] c/o 2025</em> <em>or [player_tooltip player_id='915395' first='Jake' last='Kennedy'] c/o 2024</em>. James has a quick release and can accurately place the ball when doing a quick 2 step drop. He is athletic, being able to scramble for positive yardage if the pocket collapses. He has many targets to find on the field so this should be a very high flying offense to watch. Jake is a top QB in the class of 2024, being able to hit receivers smoothly and make accurate tough throws. Either one of these 2 will have great seasons or Skyview. Both bring a lot of assets to the field for the squad.</p>

<p><strong>Union HS</strong>: <em>Mitch Ratigan c/o 2024</em>. Mitch is a transfer from Arizona and will bring a lot of great qualities to this Union team. He is confident in the pocket, not being afraid to step up and make accurate passes. He is decent with his feet and can extend plays if needed, but is much more comfortable in the pocket.</p>
