In this new series of articles, I will be posting positional breakdowns by conference so you can get to know who might be taking the field next season. For this article, I will be talking about the quarterbacks within the 1A Emerald Sound Conference.

Kings HS: Noah Clark c/o 2024. Noah is an experienced starter on this squad. This will really help them as they continue to look to go deep into the state playoffs. He is being recruited to play Division 1 rugby, so that just shows the amount of toughness Clark has.

Sultan HS: Kaden Kheoler c/o 2025. Kaden has a great arm and is able to sling the ball far down the field, with accuracy too. He has a ton of targets this season so I expect him to have a solid year throughout. He is able to throw in the pocket or on the run smoothly. He's a 2025 QB to watch.

Cedar Park Christian HS: [player_tooltip player_id='1107597' first='Gregory' last='Roy'] c/o 2025 or Andy Penrod c/o 2026. From what I have been hearing from players on the Cedar Park Christian team is that these two are battling it out for the starting position. We will have to wait and see who will start and how they will preform.

Granite Falls HS: Kaden LaPlaunt c/o 2024. Kaden is patient in the pocket, waiting for his receivers to get open. He has nice speed, scrambling either way out of the pocket. He delivers very accurate throws when rolling out to his right, hitting his targets often.

South Whidbey HS: Cody Redford c/o 2025. Cody has a solid arm, being able to deliver accurate passes inside or outside of the pocket. He is a threat on his feet as he can scramble nicely and use his speed for positive yardage.
