Armoud had a great game on Friday night as he threw 4 TD passes and led Taft to victory over Reading 40-27 to improve to 2-0 on the year. He does a good job of reading the defense and finding the open man. he delivers the ball on short and intermediate passes with good accuracy and throws the deep ball with good accuracy and touch. He displays solid arm strength as he passes the ball 45-50 yards with ease. He shows good mobility as he moves around the pocket well and uses his good play speed to pick up a first down on his own.

Reece Davis
Reece had a very good game on Friday night as he had 131 receiving yards and scored 2 TD as Milford defeated Lebanon 34-29. He plays on the outside as a XWR. He is quick off the LOS and shows good hands as he makes the catch with his hands on passes that are thrown on target with ease. After the catch is made, he uses his solid play speed and acceleration to pick up a big first down. When running go routes, he does a good job of getting behind the CB as he tracks the ball in the air. He does a good job of adjusting his body to the ball if need be before making the catch.
Brodey had an excellent game as he rushed for 160 yards and scored 4 TD and caught 4 passes for 34 yards and added a 5th TD as a receiver as Anderson defeated Loveland 48-14 to improve to 2-0 on the season. He shows good vision as he quickly finds the open hole and displays solid burst through the hole as he accelerates to top speed quickly. He displays good play speed once in the secondary while displaying solid contact balance before finishing the run by falling forward for extra yardage. He is a very good receiver in the passing game as he shows good hands and picks up significant YAC due to his good athleticism.

Cameron Hunter
Cameron had a very good game on Friday night as he had an interception and fumble recovery. His outstanding play helped Bishop Fenwick defeat Talawanda 49-0 to improve to 2-0 on the season. He plays as a MLB. Against the run, he times the snap perfectly before using his good play strength and explosiveness to quickly penetrate the LOS. He quickly locates the RB and shows good closing speed in pursuit before using his good form tackling ability as well as his very good play strength to make the tackle behind the LOS for a TFL. Against the pass, he reads the QB and plays with great range in pursuit of the WR on screens. He takes good angles before making the stop near the LOS preventing a gain of significant yardage.

Eugene Harney
Eugene played very well on Friday night as he rushed for 168 yds on 27 attempts (6.22 ypc) and helped Sycamore defeat Fairfield 24-21 to improve to 1-1 on the year. He uses his solid athleticism to bounce it to the outside before displaying very good contact balance as he breaks tackles from LB before falling forward for extra yardage. He is a good receiver coming out of the backfield on screens as he displays solid hands as he makes the catch and uses his solid play speed to pick up a first down. He plays with tremendous heart with excellent mental toughness as he doesn’t shy away from contact.
