The Bearcats are always well-coached and disciplined when it comes to playing under the Friday night lights. Booneville head coach Doc Crowley led the Bearcats to a 12-3 record a season ago and a state runner-up finish. The Bearcats have the potential to finish the season in Little Rock again this season.</p>

<p>The offensive side of the ball will place a large emphasis on the rushing attack. Booneville does an impressive job of running the flexbone offense. [player_tooltip player_id='400726' first='Jace' last='Washburn'] will take over as the quarterback for the Bearcats this season. Washburn does a good job of running the football and knows when to make the pitch. Meanwhile, he is an accurate passer that has the arm strength to keep opposing defenses honest. He will be a player to watch out for this season.</p>

<p>The rushing attack has several options that can get into the secondary in the blink of an eye. [player_tooltip player_id='149579' first='Dax' last='Goff'] sees action on both sides of the ball. He is a player that just gets better as the game progresses. Rylen Ray returns this season after suffering an injury last season. Ray can run it between the tackles or cut the run to the outside. [player_tooltip player_id='771990' first='Hunter' last='Warren'] will see some carries this season as well. Warren has tremendous speed and will be a nightmare for opposing defenders to bring down in the open field. The Booneville rushing attack has the potential to cause plenty of problems for opposing defenses this season.</p>

<p>The Bearcats' passing attack will keep opposing defenses from keying on the run. Dakota Mattson and Clayton Green will have the opportunity to catch some passes from Washburn. The Booneville passing game will catch opposing defenses off-guard. Booneville's offense has the potential to open plenty of eyes this season.</p>

<p>Meanwhile, the defensive side of the ball is always talented and will cause plenty of headaches for opposing offenses. [player_tooltip player_id='149579' first='Dax' last='Goff'] is one of the state's most talented linebackers. He has the speed to completely disrupt the opposing offensive backfield. [player_tooltip player_id='771990' first='Hunter' last='Warren'] is always around the football and uses his speed well to haul down the ball carrier. [player_tooltip player_id='400726' first='Jace' last='Washburn'] in the secondary does a great job of separating the ball from the ball carrier.</p>
