6 Baton Rouge area freshmen in upcoming 2027 watch list

[player_tooltip player_id='739753' first='Landon' last='Johnson'] is the younger brother of and potential successor to 2025 quarterback [player_tooltip player_id='291086' first='Tylan' last='Johnson'], but has impressive size, athleticism and ball skills that will earn him playing time at receiver, defensive back or both well before Tylan's graduation. Williams is also a highly regarded basketball prospect in Louisiana's 2027 class. On the football field, he would already be one of the team's bigger targets on offense or an aggressive tackler with a knack for creating turnovers. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph -->
